I have been in many many apartment buildings within the past 7 years with my Uber Eats deliveries in and around ATL, but this one my dear, took the cake with the pans, the oven, and the whole bakery with the most pleasant scents that followed me all the way up to the 16th floor! I expected it to be nonexistent once I exited the elevator, but it slapped me in the nose once again...what a delightful experience for the 10 minutes I was there. Why 10 minutes? Because, there was no way I was going to leave that place and not talk to the concierge about the magnificent aromas✨️ And, we had a great exchange which I topped off with some blood orange infused water...my oh my🙌🏾💦 It's always the little (truly BIG tho') thangs that make an experience unforgettable💯 So KUDOS to the one who made the decision to add such a special touch to this uniquely elegant and exclusive place that many call home😊👏🏾😊👏🏾😊👏🏾 I got blessed and elevated just passing thru💕💐💕💐💕💐

The pool area is so relaxing and surprisingly private feeling. Everyone is so nice, management concierge and maintenance is super fast as responding. I hope to be living here for a long time!

Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times by phone and email but have not received any clear update on my application status. It’s frustrating to pay a non-trivial fee and then be left without communication. At the very least, applicants should be told if they are approved, denied, or if additional information is needed. A timely update would be appreciated, as applicants deserve clear communication after paying required fees.
