The leasing manager, Kentrell, was wonderful throughout the entire move-in process and made everything feel so easy. The concierges are all extremely nice and helpful, and I look forward to seeing them every day! My unit itself has a beautiful view, and the gym and pool are always well maintained. The maintenance team is also very nice and has responded quickly to any minor issues I've had. Overall, I’m loving my new home and am very happy with my decision to live here!

- ETEmma TaylorJul 20, 20265.0Before deciding on 77&12th, I toured 18 other apartments… I know, 18 exact. As soon as I walked into 77&12th I knew it was the one. The amenities are lovely and the apartments are beautiful but more importantly, the staff is so helpful and that put me at ease completely. Kentrell is sincerely the best. I can be pretty anxious and needy when it comes to making big life changes and every step along the way he was patient, present, and attentive. From the application process, the move in, answering my mom in Florida when she had questions because she wanted to be involved too… just everything we needed, he helped us. Big shout out to the concierge, Phillip, as well! He is so kind and helpful too! I’m very happy to be a part of this community and will definitely be recommending anyone looking to move to Midtown to come here!
