  I was double charging insurance in September of 2025 till May of 2026 and Management refused to fix it after 13 months and towed my car despite registration. You'll sooner be robbed and lose money over administrative errors before they ever make things right. They will lie to your face to get you out the door, dishonor verbal agreement, dont response to emails, and blame everyone, but themselves.

  This is the worst apartment complex ever from management they don’t even deserve a star I have been staying here since 2025 and it’s been hell since. My air went out and it took them 2 months to fix that . And that the a/c is fixed now I have mold ‼️ and it’s going on a month and no one has yet to respond to my emails or return a phone call . I have been trying to be respectful and yall have been playing in my one year old daughter’s face . So now we are here posting a damn google review to get someone attention. Give me my money back ‼️

  The worst place to rent . No maintenance on time they let mold grow in units . The office women are rude unprofessional and biased . I would not recommend for anyone take your money elsewhere . You’ll be utterly disappointed. Gym is a trash bin pool is infested and not up to code nor are the apartments. Everyone is leaving this bad apartment complex . They allow water to flood the apartments drywall is falling and mold everywhere.

  I’ve never lived somewhere that has such old, thing flooring you can hear every creek of the old wood to the point you think they may fall through the ceiling. I’ve brought this up to multiple management companies over the time being here, and only one addressed it. By not leasing the unit above us 🙄 it worked until (as stated in other reviews) they switched management and didn’t inform us. So now I’ll be finally moving out. They're old, there’s roaches infested inside the walls I’m sure. They need a complete gut and renovation. Not that cheap “landlord flip” all these management companies are used to.
