I’ve never lived somewhere that has such old, thing flooring you can hear every creek of the old wood to the point you think they may fall through the ceiling.
I’ve brought this up to multiple management companies over the time being here, and only one addressed it. By not leasing the unit above us 🙄 it worked until (as stated in other reviews) they switched management and didn’t inform us. So now I’ll be finally moving out.
They're old, there’s roaches infested inside the walls I’m sure. They need a complete gut and renovation. Not that cheap “landlord flip” all these management companies are used to.

The best thing this property has done is get rid of the old staff and finally bring in people who are actualy trying to make it better for those of us who pay are rent every month. the office was always closed and nobody ever was in the office.
the property look better and i actualy seen the new manager (Carolyne i think is her name) walk around the property and call to check on our work order. maintenance seem happier. i hope she stick around bc theres been so much change in staff but she seem to care and help us.

This place does not answer the phone. There wasn’t enough staff in the office to properly show me around and I have to call several times in hopes of reaching someone. This is a red flag for me.

I endured a terrible rainwater flood in my unit in late February and was not vacated by the original property managers, into a new building until March 3rd, leaving me exposed to mold and mildew as the storm lasted from 4p-7:30a the following day. The property management neglected my need of assistance and continued to charged me erroneously including voluntary transfer fees & additional costs as it pertained to my old unit leaving me vulnerable & at risk of eviction while tending to my emergency transition.
However, with the recent help of Ms. Martin, the current PM on the premises, we have been able to successfully adapt to a newfound understanding & work to resolve these numerous matters amicably. She has been an excellent source of help in the fight to maintain in good standing with the property management. She also managed to uncover that a $1500 money order I gave to the original property managers was left unaccounted for, therefore, unaccredited to my account. As long as she remains on the property, I can almost guarantee the quality of living will continue to improve as she has made consistent effort to restore the morale of the property, ranging from residents to the in-house maintenance team. She not only saved the day for me, she also saved this property management company. Not all heroes wear capes after all. Salute, Ms. CMartin!!!
