- EMEdmonique MurphySep 14, 20263.0Approved me to move in a roach infested apartment. Very disappointed in the overall service and lack of care. Despite my disclosure of on going health issues with a member of my family, the leasing office approved for me to move into a highly infested apartment after initial payments of $3,000. Lease at your own risk. ⚠️ I moved in on September 1 and haven’t gone a day without seeing at least a dozen roaches. This is absolutely unfortunate and a waste of money as it stands currently this is extremely unlivable and I can guarantee you not an agent or manager of the leasing office would live in this unit themselves or permit their loved ones to stay here. Update: The management and staff have been very intentional on assisting with the crisis and have scheduled several treatments of my unit and the unit across from me to address the issue. It has been on-going, but I can say they are very, very supportive and really do try to do their best to accommodate when things like this happen.
