- SSSamanthaSep 1, 20265.0I recently closed on my first home with Pulte and wanted to recognize the people who made the process a good one. Traci Shoham was my sales consultant and the first person I worked with. She showed me the home, walked me through the initial estimates and quotes, and helped me get the paperwork signed and the process started. She was knowledgeable, gave me all the information I needed up front, and was extremely responsive from day one, which made the beginning of this feel easy rather than overwhelming. She stayed just as involved after closing. When I ran into delays getting my internet set up, she jumped on it and helped me get an earlier appointment. She helped me get my ADT security system set up and tracked down answers on getting my Ring doorbell going. Any time I had a question about the interior, she followed up right away. I asked about the paint colors in the model home and she came back not just with the colors but with where I could go to buy them. Austin Marshall, my construction manager, was outstanding. He was a true partner through the entire build rather than someone just checking a box and moving on. He was extremely knowledgeable, made himself readily available, and consistently went above and beyond. He walked me through everything thoroughly and made sure I actually understood it, including the warranties, and he made it clear he is available going forward now that I have moved in. As a first time buyer, that took a real weight off my shoulders. Kristi Justice, my loan processor, was responsive and professional throughout and always had an answer when I had a question. I also want to thank John, the closing attorney at Adair and Baker, who was professional and patient and walked me through every document at the closing table. The Pulte team was great to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone building their first home.
