  Very nicely managed apartment complex close to major highways and especially Buckhead area near all the shopping & restaurants, plus the Governor's Mansion and of course City of Atlanta

  I toured these apartments recently and man are they cute!! The floor plan and the finishing touches within the units are what I (and prolly most) are looking for and the amenities the complex has to offer are noteworthy BUT what really sets them apart is their management team. You can’t find good property managers these days and the way Sabrina made me feel seen and understood during our walkthrough really makes me want to call this place home!

  Move in to 1401 west paces, Where they “don’t offer security”, the elevators are guaranteed to be broken! The pipes will burst, sewage will leak from the ceiling! The leasing office will dismiss and berate you when you actually come with valid concerns. If you want to live with the constant smell of urine, and deal with constant flooding issues, look no further, this is the place for you! You want a place that mistreats tenants…Well, this is the perfect place for you. Old building, water stains 😍, mold, non ada-compliant housing, what are you waiting for? This is the place for you!!! ! Put your application in now! You will love your stay here! Don’t worry about maintenance entering without warning I’m sure that’s normal and standard practice!
