  Overall, the apartment complex itself is clean, the amenities are well maintained, the grounds are kept up, and the leasing staff are easily accessible,attentive and friendly. I have very few complaints about the property itself. However, Building 1 is a completely different story. If you value peace and quiet, I would seriously think twice before moving into this building. There is a first-floor resident who regularly leaves their yorkie dog outside, and the dog barks nonstop for extended periods of time throughout the day and night. This is not an occasional bark or normal pet noise—it is continuous and extremely disruptive. I have been woken up by this dog at all hours, and it has become a constant nuisance that significantly affects the peacefulness of the community. What makes it even more frustrating is that the situation continues without the owner taking adequate steps to control the barking. Residents should not have to constantly deal with excessive noise simply because someone chooses to leave their dog outside for prolonged periods. So while I can say positive things about the cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and leasing staff, my strong recommendation is to avoid Building 1 if you want a quiet place to live. The nonstop barking can seriously interfere with your sleep and your ability to enjoy your own apartment in peace.

  God (or the universe) puts Angels in places you never know you need them. Lev at 1401 West Paces Ferry is one of those Blessings. There is not enough space to type out what I went through with other complexes before finding 1401 W. Paces. Lev made the nightmare with the other places worth it, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience. Fantastic community with a great staff.

  Well, I do like that it's quite however, I think they could have a better maintenance team.

  Sink was leaking, was told a maintenance man would be sent to fix it and i have been waiting hours. wouldn’t recommend
