  DON'T DO IT! Management is a joke! Takes NO accountability for issues and short comings. The elevator in my building has been "OUT OF SERVICE" for no.less than 40% of the time that I have lived here. Maintenance is a joke! If you are thinking about signing a lease...think again!

  Very nicely managed apartment complex close to major highways and especially Buckhead area near all the shopping & restaurants, plus the Governor's Mansion and of course City of Atlanta

  I toured these apartments recently and man are they cute!! The floor plan and the finishing touches within the units are what I (and prolly most) are looking for and the amenities the complex has to offer are noteworthy BUT what really sets them apart is their management team. You can’t find good property managers these days and the way Sabrina made me feel seen and understood during our walkthrough really makes me want to call this place home!
