  I live in the 500 building and it’s infested with roaches. I don’t believe the pest control people visit our building. I keep my unit clean, I live alone and I shouldn’t have any roaches in my unit but I’m seeing them in my bathroom and kitchen all the time. There’s dead roaches in the floor of the hallway from the steps going past my unit and I always see roaches crawling the steps. I believe the whole building is infested. New floors were put down over a year ago and the floors have been mopped maybe three times in a year and whoever did it didn’t even sweep the floor first and they used dirty water when they did it. You can see the dirt streaks in the floor.

  Yo viví un año allí y si las cucarachas hacían fiesta por todos lados pero este año trabajo lejos y y voy cada mes por cuatro días y mi esposo dijo que a mejorado las cucarachas se an ido un poco pero ahora cuando voy no puedo dormir la puerta de la entrada está dañada y se golpea muy fuerte toda la noche si pudiera arreglarla agradecería mucho a mi me gusta el apartamento mi esposo tiene tres años allí lo de la puerta me afecta porque estoy de primero 409 es mi humilde opinión si arreglan la puerta y una gotera de agua en techo de sala te doy 5

  My air conditioner has been out since may 2026, they expect their rent on time BUT it takes MONTHS to order a part and toilet has been leaking for two weeks causing the apartment underneath me ceiling to leak we’ve called the emergency lines nobody came out nobody is fixing anything. I will leave a review EVERY WEEK ON EVERY PLATFORM UNTIL MY SHIT GETS FIX. Wanna play ball LETS PLAY BALL!

  The trash has been getting out of hand lately, more effort needs to be put into keeping the trash/dumpster clean up more often & emptied more often as well , other than that the maintenance team are good guys, I also had a great experience with Tan she is very professional and knowledgeable!

  I was happy up until I had to renew my lease. I signed two leases because one lady in the office told me my rent went up 200 dollars even after I told her I accepted the referral renewal lease that was supposed to keep my lease from going up. I went back to let them know and I signed another lease and they said they straightened it out. On the paper I have my lease renewal date is August 14th. I signed before that and they still have me on a month to month lease. I can't pay that amount so now my rent is going to be late because of both Lynette and the other lady and they are going to charge me a late fee of 100 dollars. This is so unfair.
