  I had the pleasure of meeting Cheyenne today at the University Gardens leasing office. Having read about the complex online my friend had made an appointment to tour several apartments. We found Cheyenne to be very pleasant and knowledgeable about all aspects of the complex and the admission process. Finding an apartment is never an easy process but thanks to Cheyenne it was a very positive experience. She is truly an asset to University Gardens.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Mayra, our new property manager, for truly going above and beyond after my car was broken into. She handled the situation with so much professionalism, compassion, and urgency from start to finish. Mayra made sure to stay in communication with me, checked in throughout the process, and did everything she could to help during such a stressful situation. Her kindness and dedication to the residents really stand out, and I’m beyond grateful for the support she showed me. Thank you again, Mayra, for all your help — it did not go unnoticed!

  The worst property management company!!! They treat guests with insincerity. They only want your money and then leave you in a very bad situation! There is no package room in the building, the mailboxes are extremely dirty, and no property management staff takes care of them. Packages are often lost!!! I would never recommend anyone to enter this property management building!!!

  Moving in was so much easier with all the help from Sam and Tina. They filled me in on all off the features, offers and discounts. They answered all of my million questions/phone calls with a smile. The maintenance is always on top of all of my service requests….shout out to ANTHONY! He has the best attitude and professionalism. And Cheyenne has been so helpful with everything from maintenance to how to pay my rent online. Great community to live amongst!!!
