  I feel very comfortable living at University Garden. It’s a quiet and pleasant community. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, the response is usually quick and the problem gets resolved promptly. The staff in the office are also very helpful and attentive. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience here and I think it’s a great place to live.

  I have lived here for around 15 years and have always enjoyed the convenience of this location. Generally speaking the tenants are on the whole friendly and civilized. The current management team is really trying to make a difference...I like that. The maintenance team is on the ball and if there is something they are not equipped to handle they will get someone here to fix it. To my knowledge there are fewer incidents where the police are involved and I like that. I plan to keep on living here.

  Repair works were made on my wall and ceiling because of water leaks. As a result of this , my apartment is a mess and nothing has been done to fix the ceiling and maybe repaint my apartment Secondly, my carpet is a total mess. Management promised to change the carpet one year ago . Since then, nothing has been done . My stove that I have been using for 4 years is rusted and has a hole beneath it. I complained to management but nothing has been done On the brighter side , some renovation work are being done around the facility which is a plus . But there's still much to be done .

  AC has not been working since we've been here (2/23/26). Maintenance is aware of it. It's hot and muggy in this apartment.we've got black mold growing in the corner of the AC. The bay window door leaks when it rains. Maintenance has not taken care of that either. Black is growing on the slide if the door. My boyfriend has COPD, this is not a good environment for him. His health has declined since we've been here.

  I was looking for an apartment from Wisconsin and had to handle the entire process remotely, mostly through my phone, which was honestly pretty stressful. Tina made the whole process so much easier and completely stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient with all of my questions, and I really appreciated having someone I could trust throughout the process. I was a little worried about choosing an apartment without being able to see it in person beforehand, but I’m really happy with my decision. I genuinely love the apartment, and the neighbors have been very friendly and welcoming. The leasing management team has also been wonderful and so kind
