- DDDana DahmanSep 18, 20265.0Anthony did a great job very friendly and came super quick..!
- RNRichard NarteySep 15, 20261.0Very terrible old and worn out windows and kitchen sink and cabinets Cockroaches infested and poor sanitation and poor lawn management all over. No play ground for kids. Not ideal for family living. We regret moving in to this apartment and we surely will move out when our lease is over

- CMCarlos antonio Portuondo MartinezAug 15, 20264.0I feel very comfortable living at University Garden. It’s a quiet and pleasant community. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, the response is usually quick and the problem gets resolved promptly. The staff in the office are also very helpful and attentive. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience here and I think it’s a great place to live.
