They are always warm, responsive, and intentional in making sure every concern is handled seamlessly. Once I told her when I wanted to move in (it was a little far out) she didn’t seem to really want to sell us the place. Didn’t really do a well guided tour and told us to show ourselves around the apartment. Didn’t really breakdown the sheets she gave us and I felt like an inconvenience to her.
