Promises were made but not followed through, leaving me constantly having to chase down answers. They say they coming out to fix problems and don’t show up when they say they are going to. Very frustrating The quality of the home itself has been extremely frustrating. There are multiple issues that should have been caught before delivery, and one of the biggest problems is that the siding keeps coming off the house. That’s not something you expect from a new home, and it raises serious concerns about the overall build quality. Getting these issues addressed has been slow and difficult, with little sense of urgency from the company. It feels like once the sale was completed, customer care became an afterthought. Overall, I would not recommend Clayton Homes if you’re looking for reliability, quality, or responsive service. The experience simply didn’t live up to expectations.
