- MHmarcel hutch5 days ago5.0Mr. Wayne was very knowledgeable. He showed us multiple different homes that me and my wife enjoyed. He was able to educate us on manufactured and modular homes. If you’re on the market for a modular or manufacture home come stop by and ask for Mr. Wayne. He will give you a great experience.
- NHNakia Hutcherson5 days ago5.0Mr. Wayne is an OUTSTANDING employee here at Clayton Homes! We are not looking to buy at the moment, but the tour he provided for us was so informative and helpful. He took his time explaining everything, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable. His knowledge, professionalism, and welcoming personality truly stood out. When we are ready to buy, we will definitely be coming back to see Mr. Wayne. Thank you for such a great experience!
- ABAngie BallSep 27, 20265.0We stopped by yesterday (without an appointment) and Natalia was so kind. We learned so much from her about these homes. We are just beginning to research different options and she was very helpful. She let us know she had an appointment set in a few minutes but took time with us using the time she had very efficiently. Showed us several homes, giving lots of details.
- KKKylaSep 25, 20261.0You would think working with the manager, he would be more helpful and responsive. You know, set an example for the employees under you, nah, not this guy. We were even cash buyers and he still did not help us find property for the land and home package. Oh, except for one property that was almost 4x the size we wanted/needed AND was more than double our budget. He asked about putting the home in a park 3 or 4 times after we had clearly stated during the initial meet that we did not want a park. I will say he did refund the $1000 when we decided to no longer work him and his "team." Don't get a manufactured home unless you want to spend the same amount of money for an actual house. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
