  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! DO NOT RENT UNIT H5 UNLESS YOU WISH TO HAVE THE NEIGHBORING UNIT BEAT ON THE WALL OBNOXIOUSLY ALL TIME OF NIGHT AND MORNING LIKE A MANIAC. Ants/Roaches and sewer backup is also a problem. I completed 3mon on a 12mon lease term and have officially terminated. DON’T DO IT!! Very nonchalant unhelpful staff as well.

  Owen needs to be fired and reprimanded for his actions. My girlfriend’s apartment is constantly being broken into by maintenance even though on every work order it is noted to not enter unless let in. When this was brought to Owen’s attention he immediately dismissed us in a very aggressive way even after we told him that this morning the front door was found wide open after she got back from work. This place is absolutely ridiculous and it’s worse off that they allow someone like Owen to worsen things and ruin their reputation

  Office staff is very polite and quick to respond to any issues we have and the community overall is nice and I enjoy living here

  Loved my time living here. The whole team is awesome. Highly recommend applying here for an apartment!
