  I am a new resident here. I have been here a month. All of the staff has been nothing but pleasant.all of the issues that I had was addressed in a timely manner. They made me feel like I was a part of their family. From the first day I moved in they have been great, showing nothing but love for their job.I really appreciate each and everyone that has made my move here pleasant. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. I love mine you just have to come and see for yourself. And experience the love and joy here from the staff and residents.🫶🏽😍

  The apartment complex has ongoing issues with the water/plumbing. The water is frequently shut off for maintenance, often with less than a business day's worth of notice. Once the water was shut off for three days and management kept giving bogus expected completion times. Management has not given a straight answer as to what is wrong with the property that it requires continual water repairs besides that "it's 35 years old", which is a ridiculous excuse. Every unit in the 2000 building has complained about a roach infestation. When you complain about it, management simply sends an exterminator to spray the walls, which does not fix the problem. I checked behind the fridge, stove, and dishwasher and found the ingress points and had to specifically request that maintenance foam the holes in the walls so roaches stop coming in. They only do this if you explicitly request it; they did not proactively go around to the rest of the building to do this. Even with this fix, the roaches come back, just not as heavily. The 2300 building has an ongoing mold issue. One tenant had to leave after months of fighting with management to address the issue because she was facing medical issues as a result of the mold. The head maintenance technician quit because management would not allow him to remediate these issues. Other buildings are dealing with mold as well. The current property manager is unprofessional. She does not reply to emails and is defensive and dismissive of concerns about poor communication and the ongoing issues. The apartments are overpriced for what they are, irrespective of the ongoing issues. The sales brochure lists a "nature trail" amenity that does not exist. The indoor pool is only open during the business week and business hours; it is not usable after work. The fence around the dog park was changed to a more visually appealing one that is not safe for small dogs; they can walk between the bars. Don't take my word for it: get the phone numbers of some current tenants during your apartment tour and text them to ask if anything has improved.

  I came to tour this apartment and Claudia was amazing. We didn’t have an appointment and she still took her time touring us and answered all questions with no rush. Thank you so much Claudia!!!!!

  my parents live here in the place is amazing. Property manager is so courteous and accommodating .. employee Brice Is the most patient and hard-working person I have ever met he helped my parents on a day when it was storming heavy rain and stood here as long as it took to resolve the situation always pleasant with a great smile
