  We lived in apartment 203 and everything was wonderful; we are leaving only because we bought a home of our own. As "Barber Alpay," this is a place I have confidently recommended—and will continue to recommend—to any client looking for accommodation. The office staff and other employees were incredibly attentive and always friendly; you can be certain that any issue you have will be resolved immediately. Part of me is sad to leave this lovely apartment complex, yet another part is joyful to be moving into my own home carrying such wonderful memories from here. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything, North Park family.

  writing review after 2 years of stay: pros: Good location and area Cons: 1. Management is trying to be more sophisticated even thought not in favor of residents and this this community has lowest rating than others 2. Management is not showing willingness even to understand residents queries and problems 3. Some blocks are house of roaches 4. Deposit eaters and charges a lot on vacate. Even If you return cleaner unit then you received this management will find silly and non sense reasons to get money from you on top of deposit. I didn’t feel that but i heard some people told that this community management is doing partiality based on your origin. Thus I would recommend to choose other near by community compared to this.

  My overall experience with this property was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After vacating the unit, I was charged hundreds of dollars in excessive and highly questionable fees that do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment. Several charges appear inflated, unreasonable, and unfair. I was charged for blind replacements, wall repairs, stove remediation, and expensive deep-cleaning fees for items I strongly dispute. The balcony blind was not broken at move-out. The stove was old and had multiple maintenance/service visits already on record during my tenancy. The apartment was cleaned before move-out, including mopping and general cleaning. What is most concerning is that normal wear and tear appears to have been treated as tenant-caused damage, with additional charges added that I do not agree with. I formally disputed these charges and provided my own photos as supporting evidence. I also requested documentation to justify these charges, including photographs, invoices, repair receipts, and proof of actual expenses. However, management has not yet provided the requested supporting documents. In addition to the move-out issues, there were significant living-condition problems during my tenancy. In the 2-bedroom layout, the second bedroom was not comfortably usable because the HVAC system did not adequately provide heating or cooling to that room. During both summer and winter, airflow was insufficient, making the room difficult to use as a normal bedroom. This was my personal experience, and I understand other residents may have experienced similar concerns. Charging former tenants significant amounts of money without providing clear evidence, transparency, or sufficient documentation raises serious concerns about fairness and accountability. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with how both maintenance concerns and move-out charges were handled.

  I hope I’ve never stayed there. First, even after continuous follow-ups, my friend’s referral bonus was never applied. Second, despite multiple pest control calls, the roaches persisted. Third, magically, fines would appear at the end of the lease for issues that were actually problems with the apartment they wanted to fine on.
