  Lived at North Park Estates for around 7-8 months. Friendly at move-in, but they hit us with a $2,000 move-out fee for repainting over one small wall mark. Other reviews mention the same thing, so it’s clearly not a one-off. They offer free months to get you in the door — just know you may pay it all back (and then some more) when you leave. Do your research before signing here.

  Be very careful with North Park Estates. After moving out, I was charged for worn-out equipment and repairs. Document everything with photos and videos. If you have a dispute over move-out charges, consider contacting your local Small Claims Court and keep all your documentation.

  🚨 I Do NOT Recommend Moving Here🚨 1. You will NOT get your full security deposit back. No matter what. 2. I had a stolen package and no one helped to find it even though it was delivered in front of the leasing office with cameras present. 3. This place is infested with spiders, roaches, wasp, moths, and water bugs. My friend and I had to remove insects everyday and took down a wasp nest by ourselves which was there before I moved in. 4. A lot of kids and neighbors make a lot of noise. However, after I called law enforcement for help, the head maintenance man Ming began to spy and report to Mary about everything I did. 5. I was threatened by Mary with several emails to Terminate my lease after an issue with the maintenance man Ming (my neighbor). 6. I requested for several things to be fixed when I am present in the home to Jennifer. A maintenance man entered my apartment without alerting me and I was at work. I went across to the neighbor’s house which was the head maintenance man Ming to ask about what happened. He said I scared his family and not to knock on his door. However it was okay for his family to knock on my door if they needed me to do something…) 7. Changes passwords (gate & codes) without informing residents. 8. Did not communicate to me even though I paid the rent on time and from my account. Only communicated to my Mother because they made a mistake and put her as the Head of household when she was supposed to be my guarantor. 9. My key fob was stolen and I reported it to the police. The police found the key fob but wanted to know the owner. Since the apartment complex never communicated to me and only my Mother you would think they would say it was her property. No. All of a sudden it was my property because the Milton police wanted to kidnap me for a false accident that happened in 2024. This never felt like a home and it’s so unfortunate because this apartment complex has a lot of potential.

  We lived in apartment 203 and everything was wonderful; we are leaving only because we bought a home of our own. As "Barber Alpay," this is a place I have confidently recommended—and will continue to recommend—to any client looking for accommodation. The office staff and other employees were incredibly attentive and always friendly; you can be certain that any issue you have will be resolved immediately. Part of me is sad to leave this lovely apartment complex, yet another part is joyful to be moving into my own home carrying such wonderful memories from here. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything, North Park family.
