  I had the truly great pleasant of having Terah Burnett as my agent. I was in need of selling my house due to moving back home and since it had been over 30 years since selling the last house I knew I needed an experienced agent to guide me thru the process. That was where Terah explain the options available and within six days of signing the contract, Terah had gone to work putting the house on the market and called me with multiple offers and acceptance was made. She made everything an easy task and kept on everything that came up and needed to be done. On the day of closing Terah was right there sitting next to me at the closing table providing her expertise and the support needed as she had done from day one. Terah is #1 in my book, a professional who looks out for her client and I was extremely glad to have her as my agent.

  We sold a home last October through Mark Spain Real Estate, using Liana Garmon as our agent. We used the Guaranteed Sale method. Liana was an excellent partner in our sale. She got us an offer quickly. Then she was able to negotiate an even better outcome for us through this offer. I highly recommend Mark Spain Real Estate and especially Liana Garmon for any real estate needs you might have. She is very professional and courteous.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Mark Spain Real Estate and especially our agent, Jonathan Monroe. The initial visit from Jonathan was informative and productive. He came with an initial offer, gathered info about our home we wanted to sell, took some pictures and videos and that was it. We received a final guaranteed offer in just a couple of days, accepted it and set a closing day that was convenient for us. Jonathan checked in on us frequently and communicated well during the entire process. Our closing was seamless and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. I highly recommend Mark Spain Real Estate if you are looking to sell your home at a very competitive price. If you get the chance to work with Jonathan you will not be disappointed.
