  I am so grateful for Mrs. Angela Winburn-Wright’s help this week. I am in the final stages of a process with my mortgage and needed immediate assistance from Homeside. Our property manager Libby Lasseigne was on top of things as well and I appreciate that greatly. Angela specifically noticed the sense of urgency and concern I had from my first call and she was extra caring and assuring that it will all be taken care of and she personally made sure she would be available to get me what I needed and she was. Thank you all and Homeside has been the best management company I’ve ever had to work with and when I was on the board and we made the move from Team Management (they’re TERRIBLE) to Homeside it was clearly the right choice. Thank you!

  Our HOA was looking to transition into another management company. We looked into Homeside to take care of our needs. After meeting with Ivey Reynolds, we knew we had found the right company to handle our HOA. She has been hands on during our continuing transition process. I think our HOA will be in capable hands moving forward.

  I just want to take the time to highlight Miss Felicia Lynch at the Heron Bay Community office in Locust Grove. I normally don’t do reviews but her professionalism, user-friendly attitude, and solution based approach to my situation was top-tier and must be highlighted.I have been dealing with some issues in regards to my account for quite some time and she was a pillar in getting my situation rectified. As a homeowner in the Heron Bay community, I am thankful that she takes pride in being a “liaison” between the homeowner and the association. Not only did she take the time to hear and understand my concern, she educated me as well in the policies/procedures of the association, which provided a clarity for me of how the process works. Miss Lynch is definitely an asset and I pray that she is valued!! 5-stars Miss Lynch!!!! Godspeed!!!!!! Kevin Bacon

  My review is long over But I wanted to specifically shout out Francine Sturges. Of the two years I have been working with her in regard to my property and the HOA, she has been nothing short of amazing. She promptly respond and always effectively follows through with all of my requests and concerns. I am unsure of how she keeps up with so many of us as there are thousands of customers that she has in her book of business, but somehow manages to stay on top of everything. She’s been a breath of fresh air to work with and honest one of the best people I have encountered professionally.
