Harry at park towers is the absolute worst home manager on the planet. Mean, rude and just useless company. In the process of suing the management company (them) bc when THEIR fire system blew apart in my ceiling , the alarm never went off alerting me. Worse. Company. Ever.

I'm a homeowner in one of the neighborhoods Homeside Properties manages. Katie Ricardo assisted me with a roof leak repair and did an awesome job. She was very responsive from start to finish, and acted quickly to get a contractor out. This was especially important since I wanted my roof repaired ASAP before the next rain storm. Thank you Katie for delivering an excellent experience!
Unfortunately, our experience with this property management company was very disappointing. We reported paint issues caused by HOA contractors the same day the damage occurred, yet never received any meaningful response or resolution.
Later, when selling our home, it took multiple follow-ups just to get basic HOA transfer information. Even then, they failed to disclose an additional $200 administrative fee on top of the initiation fee, which ultimately became our responsibility at closing instead of the buyer’s.
Communication was poor throughout our experience, and important information was not properly disclosed. I would not recommend based on our experience.
As a resident of Vinings Cove subdivision for 28 years, I continue to be pleased with my choice to live here. HOAs take a real beating these days, but except for a very short "blip" one year, we have been blessed with the former McCreary Realty, now Homeside Properties as our partner in maintaining home value in every respect, though the other half of that feat is our HOA Board. They are continuously active, fair, compassionate, and even lend a hand on a humanitarian level on occasion...and I choose to believe that is at the guidance/behest of Homeside staff. Any time I receive communication with HS, it is swift, explanatory, and never - ever - with any negativity - just informational, guiding, and patient. Judging from so much blaspheme of other HOAs I see and hear so much about? We have a model situation here, in large part because of our partnership with Homeside Properties. Can't thank you enough, and so does my home value!
