  I am a very patient person but I have none for this company specifically the Georgia Alpharetta location. We currently rent in a neighborhood Homeside Properties is the HOA. This is the second year in a row (every year we’ve lived at this house) we’ve had issues getting pool access. The entire point of us having pool access isn’t for fun. It’s for SAFETY for our autistic son. We are paying a pretty penny for swim lessons this summer bc we assumed our only key card would work. Right now what’s holding him back is his confidence per our instructor, so the #1 thing we need to do is get him in the pool more. Well we can’t thanks to Homeside Properties. After finally receiving our pool card at the END of the summer last year, we figured this year we’d be good. No. Summer started and our key card does not work. It’s been kept in my wallet so no damage has happened to it. We contacted our company that goes between us and the homeowner, our homeowner contacted Homeside specifically chatting with Kennedy Fields. At this point it’s been 3 weeks since we first brought up the issue. Last week we were told the keycard was fixed and should work. It does not. I have tried the card at different times throughout the day for the last 6 days. Per our management company suggestion, I started reaching out directly to Homeside Properties on June 24 (now at a month with no resolve). I cannot get a single person to answer the phone. I have left multiple voicemails for Kennedy Fields and on the general service line. Mind you, Kennedy’s email signature says she goes out of town July 7-14. I would have thought me contacting from June 24-July 2 I’d at least get one person to answer a phone. Once again, an entire summer will go by and we do not have access to help teach our son how to swim. My only hope now is someone will see this and contact me.

  Ms. Susan Osman (Director of Operations at Homeside Properties) recently assisted us with an HOA matter that was both time-sensitive and important. Her service was excellent and of the first rank. Susan assessed our situation and formulated the solution almost immediately, and it gave us instant confidence in her experience and expertise - and the comfort that our issue would be worked-out to our sincere satisfaction.. Susan's work resolved our issue most effectively, and I highly praise her and Homeside Properties. In the industry of Property Management, Susan and Homeside are in the gold standard.

  I am on the board for our community and Thomas is our new property manager. He attended our quarterly meeting in June and was extremely professional in his facilitation of the meeting and handling of homeowner questions and concerns. We really appreciate his dedication to our community since he's joined our team. Thank you, Thomas!

  Needed some important information about my Townhouse in James Creek in a hurry, Called and left a voicemail for our Property Manager, Supin Hsu. I recieved a prompt call back and Supin was able to help me over the phone. He was thorough, courteous and really just a nice guy. He gave me all the information I needed and more. He followed up with an email to make sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Supin Hsu for being there when I needed you!
