  Gina was a pleasure to work with and the ultimate professional when finding us a home! They knew how to navigate the entire process and could handle anything thrown their way. Gina and her team were very helpful while we searched for homes and as our new home neared closing after we went under contract. Adam Diemert was great in assisting with listing our property on the market and kept us updated weekly on the listing's performance and any feedback from showings or open houses. Both Gina and Adam ensured they managed all communication with lenders, attorneys, and co-op agents to close the deal according to the contract we signed.   Gina and her team were unbelievably committed to my family and I finding the right home. Able to show at a moments notice and really worked to make sure we had every opportunity to see a home during the buying process. Gina was very thorough and took great notes on each home we saw and provided a very well informed advice and thoughts about each home to really help us make the most informed decision we could make. She also fought very strongly for us for certain items and kept the sellers side in line to ensure everything went well and was as smooth as possible. Gina and her team treated us like family and we felt very safe in knowing we were working with a group that held themselves to an extremely high standard that you do not see often nowadays. We are very grateful for everything Gina and her team did for us. We referred another family member to her because everything went so well. 10/10 highly recommended in choosing Gina and her team.
