  I’ve been living here at The Crest in Acworth for two years now and I absolutely love it. This is a family friendly community and a Pet friendly community as well. The amenities they Offer are Phenomenal everything from the gym to the pool and the events And so on are Top notch. Megan, Erica, Kendalle, and Sonjye Are just a pleasure to see every day. They make move-in day as pleasurable And comfortable as possible. They are such a pleasure to do business with. The grounds men Dakari, Clayton, Adrian, Steve, Knighton, Ballock Hughes, Lapplell put a lot of effort in Making sure these apartments are beautiful and everything is working for your needs. living here is the best decision I ever made. I met amazing people here, especially moving from different states if you’re looking for a luxury safe Apartment complex to live in this is it.

  My family and I just moved into the Crest from New York. As stressful as that was, we worked with Kendall and she made the experience run so smoothly! She was incredibly helpful and so sweet. She literally stayed late to be able to welcome us to the complex and worked around our schedule due to our overtired baby with no hesitation to do so! The Crest has an amazing group of friendly welcoming residents. They also host cute events in their club house for the residents! For example, a food truck for the dogs and breakfast for the residents. I'm so glad we made the choice to move into this beautiful community.

  I’ve had a great experience living at The Crest at Acworth. The community is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere overall. The pricing and specials were solid compared to other places in the area, and it truly feels like they care about the residents here. One person who really deserves recognition is AJ from the maintenance/tech team. Anytime there’s an issue, he’s quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, and always friendly. It’s rare to find someone who consistently takes pride in their work and treats residents with respect, but AJ absolutely does. He makes the experience here even better. Highly recommend The Crest at Acworth to anyone looking for a great place to live with an amazing community and staff that genuinely cares.

  All around positive experience. Erika was very helpful from start to finish. She answered all our questions during the tour, and ensured our move-in process was smooth. She was very accommodating to any issues that occurred and the team seems to really care about their residents. The maintenance team is quick to resolve any issues, and the place is quiet.
