I have been living at the Crest for coming up on 6 months and Like any apartment complex, it has its pros and its cons... so here they are, in my opinion:
Pros...
1. The Staff- the maintenance and office staff are top tier in my opinion. They've been courteous every time I encountered them and I see them frequently power washing, cleaning and doing grounds upkeep on a regular basis. They do a great job managing the location!
2. Maintenance/ Service requests- the maintenance ticket system is super easy and they handle the issue extremely quick. There's never a lag time.
3. The apartment- I'm in the B3 apartment and it's beautiful! I scored a really good deal on that layout and I couldn't have been happier. It's modern, spacious and the patio is a really nice size. Whenever I have visitors, they're compliment my place repeatedly. It's a comfortable space.
4. Amenities- while there aren't a ton of amenities at this location, the pool is beautiful! The gym and clubhouse are modern and well kept.
Cons...
1. The package room - while it's kept up really nicely and secured well, it has an asinine method to picking up packages. When I first moved in the door was constantly open, no code or anything necessary, which wasn't the most secure, but at least I could access the packages. Now that I'm a few months in the door has to remain locked, according to the staff, and you can ONLY access the room if your delivery guy scans in the packages which results in you receiving a code via email to access it. Now if the delivery drivers decide to not do their jobs, which happens often, and decide to not scan in the packages, THERE IS 0 ACCESS to the room outside of business hours. I received a package from Amazon one day, and despite the instructions to drop it off at my door, they left it in the package room, and of course, didn't scan it in so there was no email for me to access it. I'm out of the house M-F from 6am- 6:30/7p, which is outside of the business hours for the rent office staff and so in order for me to get my package that day, I had to wait for another tenant to go in and ask to be let in like a creep. There's really no reason why every tenant shouldn't have a code to get through the door at any time. If I need my packages on the same day then I'm screwed. It's silly, and hopefully they develop a better system for it.
2. Rent- Usually, other properties post your rent a couple of days before it's due so you can see what it is before you pay. This property posts the rent on the FIRST OF EVERY MONTH, when it's due and usually that would be okay if the amount was fixed, but because the water bill is controlled by the office, you don't know what the total will be until they post it, and then you have up until the 3rd of that month to pay it in full before they add a $150 fee on to your bill. I don't understand not being able to see a bill of what I supposedly used. I can expect my rent to be $1900, go to pay it and then it's 2200 dollars because my water bill was astronomical according to them. So if I'm experience hardship, I have 0 time to figure out how to get the extra money for the unexpectedly high water bill. It's an odd system.
3. Storage- while it's beautiful, the B3 model lacks adequate storage. It's the only model with a pantry and I believe the only model without a linen closet. However, there is a coat closet so there is a need to be creative with your bedding and towel storage.
Overall, I think it's a great place to live and these comments are just what I feel should be better. I would still recommend this place to anyone looking to move in. I don't think any place will ever be perfect, but they're pretty close.

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is beautiful, the apartments are well maintained and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Ava in the leasing office! She is always so kind, welcoming, and willing to help with anything I need. She genuinely makes you feel taken care of and is such an asset to the community!!
I’m really happy to call this place home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community!

I have been living at the Crest for a little over a year. I can’t say enough nice things about Crest life. The office staff and maintenance staff are second to none. Not only does everyone know me, they know my dog’s name. Everything stays impeccably clean, they treat my dog like their own and are the friendliest people around. That’s saying a lot because there’s a chick fil a right down the street. The events are so fun. This place rates a 10/10 from me!! Bonus points for the incredible sunsets I see from my balcony every night!!

I moved in about a month ago and it’s been great so far. Erika was absolutely wonderful and helped me from applying to moving in. She was so attentive and really helpful with this whole process. I hope everything continues to go well but i have no complaints about this community or its leasing staff. 10s across the board in my book.

We just moved in last week and we absolutely love it here. Erica was so quick and very communicative throughout the process for us to move in. The leasing team is great. My only down side thus far is that there doesn’t seem to be enough parking/ hard to get a spot close to my building. Overall great and I cannot wait to see what else The Crest has to offer!!
