  Hope no one needs Aisha for anything. She doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t schedule routine pest control because she’s “sick” but yet can come into the office, is only nice when management is there and when they aren’t you’re pretty much talking to a brick wall giving you a blank look. You’ll move into an apartment with German cockroach’s. Your cabinets will be full of roach poop that is painted over like it’s nothing (picture below)At first they’ll tell you “give it 30 to 60 days for them to clear up,” but then when you ask Aisha if they knew there was roaches she’ll say no… If she didn’t know there is roaches then how does she know it takes 30-60 days? FYI there have been roaches in the apartment for the WHOLE 12 months. Aisha idk if you need help with math but that’s 305 days longer than you said. Upper management was helpful 90% of the time. They cared there are roaches but not enough to take full control of the situation. Best advice to give one… DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.

  I lived at Gregory Lane Apartments for 3 years and it has good management and great neighborhood

  First off, the property manager is great, the maintenance is awesome and the upkeep and overall look is very aesthetically pleasing.

  Tradel has gone above and beyond for us. My daughter will be able to I’ve into a safe neighborhood, clean apartment, and moments away from her work. I can not thank you enough for your hard work and patience.
