  We finally moved in! 🎉 A very special thank you to our sales consultant, Christopher “Kit” Krumbholz, and our construction manager, Zac Ringler. Our new home came out amazing, and the experience we had with these two gentlemen was truly exceptional. I could probably write an entire review dedicated just to praising them, but I’ll save some of that for Pulte management! If you’re visiting Pulte at Two Rivers and you’re ready to do business, ask for Kit — he’s your guy. Everyone I interacted with in the office was incredibly welcoming and helpful, but Kit was the person who guided us through our home purchase from the very beginning. He was always available, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked after our investment. I can’t say enough about how much we appreciated having him in our corner. Once you sign, ask for Zac. He is a phenomenal construction manager — easy to talk to, knowledgeable, responsive, and, most importantly, willing to listen. Building a home is NOT easy. There will inevitably be challenges, unexpected issues, and things that may not initially meet your expectations. What makes all the difference is having people like Zac and Kit beside you who are willing to listen, communicate, work through the challenges, and make sure things get done. I’m sure there are many other amazing people at Pulte, and everyone we interacted with was great. However, our experience from picking our lot, purchasing the home, design selections, construction, and final walkthrough was primarily with Kit and Zac, so that’s where I can speak from personal experience. A huge thank you as well to Pulte’s Design Center and PGP team. What a pleasant experience! Thank you, Kit and Zac, for listening to all of our questions and requests (we were probably not your easiest clients! 😂), sticking with us throughout the process, and ultimately delivering an amazing Pulte home along with an A+ customer service experience. We truly appreciate everything you both did for us and couldn’t be happier to finally call our new Pulte house home! 🏡❤️

  If you're thinking about moving into Two Rivers go with Pulte. Kit the sales rep & Dustin the project manager were so helpful along the way and we are so thankful that they were part of our home building journey. Couldn't be more happier!

  Learned the violation came from hoa board president watch out they make up rules here dont move here HOA does not read what they approve and will put in you in violation because they cant actually check paperwork that was approved and we pay them. Dont suggest moving here the cdd run by inframark will come on your property wont leave will tell you to call the cops then square up on you.
