  Not the best, not the worst. (However I haven’t had AC issues at other apartments….) Management does the best they can and are very nice. Biggest issue is the AC CONSTANTLY goes out and we’re in Florida in 90+ weather. Maintenance is usually fast I’ll be honest but for some reason when it comes to the AC it takes forever and the “emergency on call maintenance team” or whatever it’s called is a literal joke all they do is put in a maintenance request ONTOP of your request so don’t use it. So if you’ve worked all day and come home to a broken AC have fun sleeping in 85+ degree weather (my AC literally sounds like it’s gurgling water as I type this) I called the leasing office at 5:30 (they close at 6) they didn’t even send me to voicemail they just declined the call lol. This has happened before and I’ve had to just wait for them to come fix it for about a week so we’ll see what happens this time. Seeing other reviews having this same problem even years before is a huge red flag I wish I would of seen before.

  Hi fellow Central Floridians, I love where I live so much that I felt like I should give them a shout out in case anyone’s trying to find somewhere to rent or is moving/leveling up 🙌 I’ve lived here at Legends for roughly 6 months now and I swear I love living here more and more all the time. I’m not trying to make a sales pitch or anything, but I love this community & apartment complex as well as the location, management, and the actual apartments themselves. I moved here with my wife & 4 year old daughter and the pool area is amazing, it’s right next to 417 so you can get anywhere in like 2 seconds, the gym is top notch (better than most actual gyms), the people/community is legitimately so much friendlier and warm than any other apartment complex I’ve been at - and to top it all off, the three ladies who run the office are AMAZING. They are like a power crew and they really listen to the residents and they don’t just say something they get things DONE. Anyways just wanted to share my amazing experience with Legends Apartments because I know it’s hard to find a place like this, I plan on living here for years until I can afford to buy a house .

  I’m a resident here and to be completely honest I really enjoy this apartment complex The staff are nice Maintenance dudes always be killing it The office ladies as well Alonna is amazing She is the one who moved us in If yall need a Great place to stay Go ahead and hit up legends winter springs

  Alonna is WONDERFUL. The communication is stellar I just want to thank you for making this experience for me and my son .. the kindest most efficient transition . The way you go out of your is greatly appreciated .. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brenda and Luci Such a wonderful, pleasant manager, and assistant manager Everyone has been nothing but kind and friendly and I just want to thank you all really love this little community.

  I have been here going on 15 years and this maintenance crew at Legends is the best one they ever had they are not only very efficient but very caring.
