  Good: the location is nice, application was easy, and I was able to find the best rate in the area. Love the extra sunroom space. Bad: a dozen things were broken when we moved in, taking 2 weeks to fix the laundry. Worse, when it rains water comes in through the windows and the floor, and maintenance just keeps closing the work orders. I’m terrified for hurricane season. Dogs: the dog park is just a fenced dirt patch, the clean up bags are never stocked so people leave droppings all over the neighborhood. And there’s no sidewalks except by the office. So you’re forced to walk in the road or the grass, both are uneven and will hurt your ankles. I had high hopes but the vibes are bad and the property is poorly maintained.

  Bugs everywhere, all the time. If you don't have enough with that, also mold. Extremely old complex with zero REAL maintenance. Asked for pest control, they did almost nothing. Less a than month my son is there. Already spent in everything possible to control roaches'. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere! Believe me.

  George from maintenance fixed our air conditioner in less than 2 seconds. Not only that, we've worked with him before and he's very professional and always explains what is wrong and what he does to fix it. In the couple of instances when we needed maintenance we always hope George shows up.

  My husband and I had a wonderful tour of the apartments with Delia. She is a very sweet, kind and incredibly loving and friendly host. She answered all our questions honestly and accurately. She even gave us amazing nearby activity recommendations. Would definitely like to come back again!!!
