Calvin Gardner and Gardner Consulting Services provided an excellent residential appraisal for our Winter Garden home. The work was professional, thorough, and accurate. Years later, when we needed the original report for capital-gains planning, we reached out while Calvin was on vacation. He promptly followed up on his return, located and sent us the appraisal at no charge, and saved us significant time and hassle. That level of reliability and customer care is rare. Highly recommend GCS Appraisal for anyone needing a knowledgeable, trustworthy appraiser in the Central Florida area.

GCS and principal Calvin Gardner provided my client with a very thorough, timely and cost-effective appraisal report that was most helpful. I will certainly be using the services of this firm in the future. Karl A. Burgunder, Attorney at Law

I applied for a loan with Fairwinds and they chose to send Brad. He stated my house was a 3 bedroom 3 bath when it was in fact a 4 bedroom 4 bath listed on MLS and on the Orlando property appraisers website. He also picked comparable properties that did not have waterfront access and used two distressed properties farther than valid comps worth almost double the ones he picked. When I addressed the issue with Brad he acknowledge he made a mistake and refused to correct them by saying it wouldn't add much value to the report. This group is terrible and would rate them at 0 stars if I could.
