  I'm very upset with what's going on at this place. Me and my partner moved in only a few days ago and we have already had major issues that I've been downplayed by the staff I really trusted the staff here to help us, especially with how kind they were during the whole application process. There hasn't been one day where we haven't seen tiny little roaches and bugs in our apartment. We are to believe that we have a roach infestation and we don't think it's just the unit. We think it's the whole building as apparently from the staff words, there was an infestation above our floor. We haven't been able to sleep in our apartment as they have now came into our bedroom. This is very upsetting as we are paying $1300 a month almost 1400 for a one bedroom one bath 500 ft.² apartment that's full of roaches.

  We’ve have had nothing but a positive experience with the leasing staff, maintenance staff and property. Both Vanessa and Peggy have been phenomenal! They are courteous, informative and responsive. I highly recommend Central Place at Winter Park.

  I'm giving this place a 5 star on day one of my move on. Peggy the manager helped me get out out of a very bad situation with a different property, and was very expeditious and professional, and had a great sense of humor. So far everything is great here, and I couldn't be happier.

  Wonderful experience getting into Central Place. Peggy Wisler helped us every step of the way from the moment we found it online, through the virutal tour and all the way to getting our final signatures when we arrived. Phenomenal customer service! Thank you so much Peggy for making us feel welcomed and taking extra great care of us.
