  Incredibly unprofessional office staff. Offers a tour if we wait, then we wait 20 minutes only to be met with "sorry seems like we have too many" — then don't say you can offer a tour?? And waste people's time??

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! These people are absolute SCAMMERS! They took advantage of us in a desperate situation. They WILL throw away your documents so they can make up scenarios and charge you ridiculous unjust fees. We even spoke to an attorney and they told us that it is unjust but we can't do anything because we don't have the proper documents because they never provided it to us. It's frustrating and ridiculous. Not to mention that when we first moved here our unit was infested with roaches, the dryer stopped working and it took months for them to actually replace it, and the ac unit broke twice, increasing our electricity bill. They threw away our notice to vacate so they can claim that we never gave it to them. They also lie about abiding by the lease agreement when they really didn't.

  They will change an apartment on you last minute and then not give back the $275 you paid even though the newly assigned apartment is next to a busy road and the walls are paper thin. Very clear they do this to more people than just myself so beware. Also, told me they had no record of a phone call I made to the manager and was therefore “he said she said.” If you do move forward paying the application fee, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Place also looks a mess and I saw a live roach in the apartment I toured. Stay away. There is a reason this place has 3.6 stars.

  We’ve have had nothing but a positive experience with the leasing staff, maintenance staff and property. Both Vanessa and Peggy have been phenomenal! They are courteous, informative and responsive. I highly recommend Central Place at Winter Park.
