  My girlfriend stayed here and it was really terrible. She had roaches in her apartment when she moved in and they were never able to fully get rid of them. Her and her roommates are very clean, the pest control just never did a good job. There was mold in the bathroom because of poor ventilation.. her roommate had water come out of her ceiling due to condensation from a clogged dryer vent (poor maintenance) and mold grew in her room because maintenance never fully dried out the area. The AC is old and weak and doesn’t cool rooms that are far away from the unit. Their dryer vent was clogged the entire time, and maintenance never actually cleaned it out even though they put in multiple maintenance requests. The maintenance people told them that the previous residents never complained about the dryer… I seriously would avoid this place unless you are desperate. Edit: their response basically says that they take no accountability at all. “It is not accurate to say that the dryer vent was clogged for the entirety of the stay” is them just lying. It was clogged for the entirety of the stay, and is the reason why water spilled from the ceiling. Even after it flooded the room, the vent remained clogged, she would have to run the dryer 2-3 times before her clothes fully dried. Pest control was never taken seriously at all. Yes, they sent a pest guy, but he would spray a couple of times and leave. The roaches never went away, even after they completely sealed all access to food.

  I want to start off by saying this is an amazing community and the staff are great! Jenna the manager is amazing!!! Me and my family have lived here for almost 3 years and Jenna has worked and helped us many times with anything we ever needed she has always went above and beyond in everything!! The community is very clean and peaceful!! Definitely recommend atlas to anybody that wants to live in a great peaceful community!!

  STAY AWAY ! SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS AND WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR MOVING OUT BECAUSE OF UNSAFE HAZARDS ! INFESTATION AND MOLD ! ALL THEY DO IS TRY TO COVER IT TO MAKE IT SEEM “ livable” ! DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY BEG PEOPLE TO RATE !Infested and over priced ! Office worked with me to make payments when I couldn’t and maintenance staff were great … other than that it’s not a healthy place to live in ! No matter how many times pest control sprayed the apartment it was still disgusting to live in no matter how much you clean the bugs still came through the pipes and cabinets … I had to break my lease because of this and they put me in collections even though they told me just to give them keys and I would eventually just have to pay the rent I owed them when I can … they charged me $200 for cleaning fee even though the apartment was cleaned and had a little bit of dust from patching we’re I had tvs (very little ) … they are scammers! And liars ! Charged me over $3000 after the verbal agreement that it was ok for me to do so and I signed early move out papers and they put no charges on it until after I left ! Stay away from this place ! It’s not as good as they make it to be ! Scammers !!!!

  I would never live here again, or recommend to anyone. Invested with german cockroaches, very unsafe. Homeless people come through the unrepaired fences and management says they "patch them and then new holes appear." Cars get broken into or stolen. The staff claim they cannot protect your property, that seems unfair for how much you pay at this apartment complex a month. They lie about damages in the apartment and steal your security deposit and triple the amount that you initially paid for, when there was no damage to the unit. There is mold in the apartments, that they try to cover up. Would never live here again, disgusting.
