  The Waverly at Winter Haven is truly a beautiful and safe property, I highly recommend leasing at this property, as it guarantees a satisfying experience. Great experience with Ashanti, Excellent communication, her knowledge, friendliness and her professionalism truly stood out. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and eager to help, which made the entire visit seamless and enjoyable. The apartments themselves are stunning—modern, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that so much care goes into this community. I cannot recommend this community enough!

  TJ was an excellent customer service rep and tour guide. All the amenties and TJ’s descriptions of each left us wanting to move in ASAP.

  Terrol made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He was attentive and always willing to answer any questions I had. I never felt pressured, and he made sure I understood everything every step of the way. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people. I would definitely recommend asking for Terrol if you’re looking for someone who provides excellent service.
