  This is my first time in an apartment and the team here has been so wonderful in making this a smooth transition! Erin is especially kind, personable, and on top of every issue that comes up, making sure it gets resolved quickly and finding the answers to all of my many questions. It's been such a great experience here so far, with beautiful sunsets, a front row seat to live music, walking distance to the whole downtown area, friendly neighbors and staff, and an overall nice complex. I'm really enjoying my time here!

  Rented at Raindance for the last 18 months and currently moving to Sarasota. The current management company has been amazing through the process, making it a pleasurable experience. Ryan has been extremely helpful and responded to all our needs along the way.

  Raindance has been such a joy to live at so far. Ryan is amazing, he is always on top of things. Maintenance staff are always on it to fix anything, whether that be the apartment or the building itself. It is always very clean here, and the community always feels very welcome!
