- LQLois QuinonesSep 15, 20261.0I moved there in 2013. I moved out 2 yrs ago because of the reasons listed here by many people. The increase in lot rent,having to do our own lawn, the list goes on and on for me. I once got woken up by someone placing a sticker for late property taxes...the "then" owners had neglected it for a number of years. I went to the count house in Bartow and got mine cleared up...some people paid them even though it wasn't their dept. I sold my place to someone who has not only stopped paying me for the trailer...but he's stopped paying the park lot rent now. That's the way it's being run now. So yeah, I moved to a much better place.
- LLLusMay 16, 20261.0I was in this park for over 16 years. Park is in total disarray. Gross mismanagement. Unlawful evictions for questioning the water issues that have persisted for years ! Mr. John McDonald ( current manager )stated to the Honorable Judge Pattey in Bartow " the reason we have to turn off water 5x a for 4 to 5 hours is due to residents above ground broken pipes" the day after judge ordered my eviction, the work on the underground pipes are being repaired. Letters sent out it would take appx 4 to 5 weeks. Inspire communites have absolutely no clue on how to run a business. Not without screwing it's residents. Many homes up for sale. If you're thinking about purchasing at Lucerne lakeside do your homework! Verify the rise in rents, elimination of services, violations to the 723 law that regulates Mobile home parks.
