    On today’s episode of what in the actual hell is splitting so bad not only is the water coming in from the back of my apartment if I try to open my front door that’s already terribly replaced or I guess you would call repair because you know Briarcrest doesn’t like to repair anything really broken for real At any case, the architecture is so terrible that there’s literally no type of incline or descent for the water to run away so now we have water pouring in from all types of angles. Yes, this is a viable swimming pool right here folks it’s 3 inches deep by the way. Grab your floats because we’re about to go swimming! 🏊‍♀️ 🤿

    Date: May 30, 2026Time: [4:10 pm] For legal documentation purposes. We are posting this review to formally document ongoing maintenance and health concerns in our apartment. Despite previous requests, we are still dealing with a bedbug infestation that requires immediate professional treatment. In addition, there is a power outlet in the apartment that needs repair and may present a safety hazard. These issues are especially concerning because children reside in the home. The bedbug problem is affecting our family's comfort and well-being, and the electrical issue raises legitimate safety concerns that should be addressed without further delay. We respectfully request that apartment management arrange for prompt bedbug extermination services and repair the defective power outlet as soon as possible. This review is intended to bring attention to these unresolved concerns. Once the bedbug issue has been properly treated and the power outlet has been repaired, we will gladly remove this review and update our feedback accordingly.     Heather and Esther are amazing and super helpful! When moving from Ohio I had many small services that needed done and they were so patient and quick to help. I always visit them in the office with my dog and I bring them baked goods at times because they r so sweet.

    I am a new tenant who moved in on 3/6/26, and I have already noticed a serious and uncontrollable roach infestation. While the apartment complex does offer decent room sizes, the pest issue has made my experience extremely disappointing so far. I contacted the leasing office about the problem and was informed that pest control only services each apartment once every two weeks. Unfortunately, that schedule does not appear sufficient to address the severity of the infestation. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, the roaches continue to appear. Another concern is the lack of transparency before move-in. Prospective tenants are not allowed to view the actual unit they will be renting beforehand. Instead, they are only shown a model apartment. In my opinion, this can be misleading because the model unit does not accurately reflect the condition of the apartments tenants may actually receive. The model itself also appears outdated and has likely not been updated since around 2020. Additionally, the apartments do not include built-in lighting in the living room or bedrooms, which means tenants must purchase lamps just to properly light their living space. Overall, while the room sizes are decent, the pest issue and the inability to view the actual unit before signing a lease were major drawbacks. I would strongly encourage prospective renters to carefully consider these issues before deciding to lease here.

    OMG! I used to consistently visit a coworker in this neighborhood until I couldn’t help but submit an application...I just moved in and I’m absolutely taken back !! I expected a fully carpeted, mediocre, apartment, but I ultimately ended up with with a hardwood floored, amazing home with a lower level balcony ! My very first night staying...moving in was rough & tiring. I got a knock on my door from security reminding me that I’d left a window down in my car...this establishment is more than what I set hopes for!!
