  Hello Everyone, I am writing this review today to share my extreme gratitude for all the leasing staff throughout this entire process. The professionalism, timeliness, compassion, and commitment to ensuring a safe transition into a new state is everything I could ask for. I want to specifically thank Brianna Mateo, who helped me from the very first time I toured The Overlook in March of 2026. She greeted me and immediately made me feel at home as soon as I entered the community. She took the time to go into great detail about the amenities, pricing, and why The Overlook is such a wonderful place to live. It took me a while to make my decision on where I would be living, but Brianna was such an amazing leasing professional that she truly made my decision easy. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism stood out, and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience she provided.   I called yesterday to ask questions regarding a 2 bedroom. I spoke with Joelle . He was extremely helpful and kind and not pushy. Today I took my tour with Joelle. I have toured several places and I want to tell you he went above and beyond with his customer service. He was extremely kind, patient, caring and helpful. Very knowledgeable. I wish others would have the patience and amazing customer service skills like him. It was truly a pleasure and a wonderful day touring with him.
