  Moving across the country from the DFW area to Orlando could have been overwhelming, but Stephanie and her team at The Haven at Britt Lake made the entire transition seamless! From day one, Stephanie went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. As we transitioned into luxury apartment living, she was attentive, welcoming, and addressed every single question and concern every step of the way. Her dedication and care have made all the difference in our move. If you are looking for a community that truly cares about its residents, look no further. Thank you, Stephanie and the incredible team at The Haven at Britt Lake!

  I planned to wait until I moved out to write this review, but after living here for over a year, I can’t recommend this apartment. The biggest issue is the internet. Spectrum is required through the apartment’s bulk service, so you pay for it whether you use it or not. The service is extremely unreliable and goes out constantly. Last week alone it went down four different days, and it continues to happen regardless of the weather or time of day. I’ve had outages lasting anywhere from a few minutes to over five hours, and it’s become so frequent that I keep a log of every outage. If you work from home, attend online classes, or depend on reliable internet, this place will make your life unnecessarily difficult. Cell service is also poor, so when the internet goes down you’re often left with limited options. Since cable depends on the same service, that goes down too. The building access system is another serious concern. I’ve experienced multiple occasions where the key fob readers failed, leaving residents unable to enter the building. I’ve had to let other residents inside, and I’ve also been locked out myself even though my key fob registered correctly. A building’s entry system should be reliable, especially when someone’s safety could depend on getting inside quickly. The condition of the property has steadily declined. Trash is left throughout the community, including food containers, cups, packaging, and other litter that sits far too long. I’ve even seen boxes thrown into the lake and vomit left in a stairwell. It’s disappointing to see the property allowed to deteriorate like this. The irresponsible dog ownership makes things even worse. Dog waste is regularly left on sidewalks and throughout the grass despite waste stations being available. I’ve also had three separate incidents where other residents lost control of their dogs, including one where a large dog ran over and tackled mine. That’s unacceptable and could have easily ended much worse. Marnisha and Ashton, have always been professional and kind. My frustration is with the management above them. It feels like community standards and rule enforcement have become an afterthought, and the overall quality of living has suffered because of it. There are positives, but they no longer outweigh the negatives. I cannot wait for my lease to end.

  Marnisha and Ashtyn are incredible! We have had a couple of challenges in the last few weeks, but they have been reliable, trustworthy and supportive. Both of them have listened to my husband and I’s concerns and then took action to fix the issues we were encountering. They have shown nothing but kindness and compassion for which we are grateful, because their approach is definitely not one you would see everywhere.

  La nueva gerente Stephany y Ashtyn y todo el equipo han sido muy bueno con nosotros. Solamente tenemos un mes viviendo aquí y ha sido bien maravilloso, estamos bien contento de tomar la decisión a mudarnos aquí y estamos bien cerca de Disney.

  I have been here since this complex opened, however, since the new manager Stephany has stepped in, the complex has gone very downhill. The trash regulations aren’t being followed so bins are always in the hallways. It seems housekeeping doesn’t come to clean the hallways anymore. There’s broken furniture and trash in the stairwells for weeks. The internet goes out anytime there’s a thunderstorm. Maintenance requests go unanswered. Minimal resident events (no more food trucks like originally there were multiple weekly). It seems the new manager doesn’t put in much effort and she’s not very approachable. Her attitude is very much her way or the highway. I used to recommend the Haven often but it’s clear how quickly things can change due to staff. Also, the Wifi goes out every single time there’s a thunderstorm, which is daily in FL during the Summer months. As someone who works from home this is a big issue.
