She was all- smiles and very accommodating and pleasant. The place is wonderful and so are the staffs namely Ashtyn and Stephanie. We will be meeting them more as my relative is trying to secure a place with them. It feels like home already! Safety was our number one priority for our relative and The Haven is. It checks all the boxes. My relative is looking forward of moving in!

- NNNicoJun 3, 20261.0I would give a half star if possible this new property manager Stephane was very rude and arrogant. I was waiting in the office for over 10 minutes while she was in her office not willing to come out after saying hello if anyone was here. She didn’t come out till Marnisha came back from doing a tour then she also never said anything to me and had a huge attitude towards me and the person Marnisha was touring. While I was waiting multiple other residents came in and left while she was hiding in her office not doing her job. Hailey or Marnisha would never do this.
