  Silverleaf Oaks will always be special to our family because this is the very first home we have ever owned. Building a home is a long journey, and ours certainly had a few bumps along the way, but standing here at the end of it, we can confidently say that Pulte delivered us a phenomenal home that we are incredibly proud to call ours. A very special recognition goes to our Construction Manager, Paul White. Paul was transparent, responsive, direct, and genuinely invested in delivering our home well, not simply getting it finished. He took personal ownership of the process, stayed engaged through the details, and earned our trust from beginning to end. We love our home, the community, and everything this represents for our family. We are incredibly excited to begin this new chapter at Silverleaf Oaks, and very grateful to Paul and everyone who helped make our first home a reality.

  Pulte did a fantastic job on our new home. Starting with the site selection, to modifications for our needs, design center selections and through the construction process we always had a person to talk to as needed. Project completed, on time, on budget and done right!

  Had a great experience, Pulte. Specially my construction manager, Paul, he did a great job in the house and walking me through it. Also used Pulte finance, had absolutely zero problems. Additionally, used PGT title and the process was smooth. Really have no complaints at all.

Our community is beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming. The quality of the home and attention to detail really stand out, and we truly feel like we made the right choice.
