  I can’t speak more positively about my experience with Clinton while purchasing my home. This is my first home purchase and I was understandably nervous and overwhelmed by what I didn’t know. Clinton made sure I was comfortable with the next steps I was taking and provided insight and advice from an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience. Not only did Clinton refer me to other consummate professionals who helped with the process (e.g. home inspectors, mortgage brokers), he successfully advocated for me resulting in my obtaining a GREAT deal on my home. Throughout, Clinton remained reliable, available, and steady; he and his support staff are a great asset to have in the tumultuous home purchase process. You cannot go wrong in your home purchase with him by your side. I highly recommend!

  Craig at Clinton Williams and Associates really made buying a home as least stressful as possible. We told him exactly what we wanted and he made it happen. From location, finding the best local schools, and the exact style of home we were looking for, he gave us multiple options and provided continuous communication. Communication and trust was our biggest worry but he made this process a lot easier due to his excellent communication skills (and being available all the time helps trust me), and we developed trust right away. He wasn't just trying to get a "cut", we truly felt like he was here for us every step of the way. Being first time home buyers, he really helped with allowing us to understand the paper work and the legalities in a buying a home. I would highly recommend Craig Williams if you want a great home buying experience!

  The Clinton Williams Team at Keller Williams Legacy is amazing. The team members are very professional and helpful with any and every real estate transaction. I've worked personally with Jonathan Edman and he's a prime example of the awesome realtors on the team.
