  I had the opportunity to help one of Howard’s clients with a refinance, and it was clear how much he genuinely cares about the people he works with. Even though he wasn’t directly involved in the transaction, he was still looking out for his client and making sure they were well taken care of after closing. That mindset says a lot about the type of realtor he is. Howard clearly puts his clients’ best interests first and continues to support them even after the original purchase is complete.
