    My experience at this condominium was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the very first day I received the apartment, I completed a document detailing all the damages and problems that already existed in the unit. Despite that, many of those issues were never properly repaired, and over time the apartment continued to deteriorate due to the lack of maintenance and follow-up from management. When it was time for me to move out and request my security deposit back, the problems became even worse. I asked for a copy of the original move-in inspection document I completed when I first moved in, and “mysteriously” it had disappeared. The manager showed me another document claiming it was the original one, but it was obvious it had been recently added and was not the document I originally filled out years ago. She even admitted herself that since they could not find the original document, she “had to put that one there.” What made the situation even more frustrating was that the manager kept saying she was not in charge when I originally moved into the apartment, so according to her she was “not responsible” for the condition in which I received it. However, somehow she still felt comfortable charging me for those same issues and damages that already existed before I moved in. That logic made absolutely no sense. On top of that, they attempted to charge me unfairly for damages and cleaning fees even though I left the apartment completely clean. The manager even told me that it did not matter how clean I left the apartment because they “still have to clean it anyway.” They also told me that if I wanted my money back, I needed to provide photos showing the condition of the apartment when I first received it, when they should already have all the proper records and documentation on file themselves. I also asked about the maintenance work orders and repair records from the years I lived there, and I was told there were no records available. However, at one point they showed me a work order related to a flooding issue in the apartment. Their system stated that the issue had been completely resolved and inspected two days later, but I still have videos recorded two days afterward showing that the room was still flooded. That clearly shows the lack of honesty and accuracy in their maintenance records. I repeatedly asked the manager to contact the previous supervisor because he was the person I had reported these problems to multiple times while living there. He was fully aware of the condition of the apartment and how much it continued to deteriorate over time. Despite that, the manager refused to cooperate or help clarify the situation. I also requested the corporate office phone number several times and was repeatedly denied, being told that they “did not have it.” The lack of professionalism, organization, transparency, and accountability in this place is unbelievable. After living there for years and always paying my rent on time, I was left feeling ignored, mistreated, and unfairly charged. My advice to anyone living there or planning to move there: Take pictures and videos of absolutely everything from day one. Keep copies of every document you sign, and always ask for written proof or receipts for every maintenance request and work order, because later those records may suddenly “disappear,” and no one will take responsibility.

    It’s terrible I’ve been leaving there for 10 years they don’t want to fix nothing,the oven and the fridge been there since I move in into the place they keep fixing until he can’t fix no more and they refuse to replace,the shower doesn’t work I gotta use a bucket to shower it’s been 4 months since I call they put a work order for nobody come to check it or fix.

    This community is the worst, starting with the people who work in the office. Their customer service is terrible; they treat you like garbage. They don't care if something isn't working in your apartment. I've been without air conditioning for eight days, and when I went to ask them to fix it, they brazenly told me they didn't know when they could. It's unbelievable that they have no answer.
