Victor at PMI has been phenomenal from the start with managing my rental property. I have full confidence that I am in good hands and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Victor is very respectful, professional, and accommodating since the very start. Fernando goes extra mile in explaining and outlining the financial statement reports. Both Victor and Fernando make sure they meet our needs in helping manage our commercial building and get things done. They are open to ideas and made sure we know what needs to be done and what we would like to do. Communication wise, they are both excellent. After work hours, weekends or holiday they promptly answer calls and messages. Their property management service is highly recommended.

Victor is an absolute pro. Courteous, sharp and puts my interests first. A true trusted adviser that you can count on to help you get the most value, the fastest. Not only did he walk me through every step, he was patient and explained why. He also had great connections for the various services I needed to prep and market my house. I highly recommend Victor and his team.

Here’s the revised version: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with PMI West Palm and the outstanding service they have provided to me and my family. From managing our property to finding a great tenant, they have been professional, efficient, and reliable every step of the way. They take excellent care of both the inside and outside of the house, making sure everything is well maintained and perfectly prepared. Their communication is outstanding—they respond promptly, are easy to reach, and always keep us informed. I am more than happy with the service they have provided. They have made property management completely stress-free, and I truly appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, and dedication. I highly recommend PMI West Palm to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company. Thank you for everything!
