  PMI and Victor are doing a great job with weekly walk through of our complex. They check for water leaks, make sure the sprinkler and pool pump system are operating correctly and other items we have asked them to keep check on. They have a great service.

  It's been such a pleasure working directly with Victor of PMI. His professionalism and transparency in regards to the property and the requirements saves me a lot of time. One of the best services that he provides is that he's willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the clients I represent gets as close to an ideal rental property and environment as they can possibly have.
