  The apartment is great as well as the gym and pool area, the site is very peaceful and a great place to live in. The staff was very supporting.

  If there are any negative stars I would give this place that , absolutely horrible. Pathetic management (Traci Jackson who is the property manager) is very rude ,unprofessional and has a very negative demeanor. I absolutely did not get a good customer service experience absolutely zero stars and completely unhelpful. Zero stars I repeat that! Having said that the maintenance staff is amazing and is from the old company(who owned this property in the past ) that the current property management company retrieved from , Roberto and team are phenomenal and absolutely one of the hardest working people on the property. Always on time , prompt and fix whatever is required . Dear senior leadership - I request you to have weekly/monthly training calls with your managers . They need to be trained how to be polite to start off , write proper emails where communication is done properly and not hiding or deferring from the matter which is being asked for. In a nutshell again CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY ! So please initiate the required trainings for your staff at this property ! The management needs to hire better professionals in order for them to attract and keep good tenants who are responsible and respectful . The most simple things at this property needs to be taken care of , all because of the unprofessional management . Traci Jackson I hope you read this and try to change your attitude and professionalism towards customer service.

  My sister Nadine and I really have been enjoying the the overall improvements not only to the actual apartments, we enjoy the pool refresh, our golf course view, the safety and peace of the community overall, and taking walks throughout the community. We look forward to using the pickle ball court soon. The overall communication from the front office has improved as well specifically ensuring we receive timely and consistent information regarding any updates are greatly appreciated!

  Por favor necesito que revisen los archivos y me saquen de la colección que me enviaron por su mal trabajo, yo avisé dos meses antes como decía el contrato adjunto e mail la fecha de envío fue 26 de noviembre y mi contrato vencía 27 de enero, sin embargo se quedaron con mi dinero del depósito y me enviaron a colección, nunca se muden a este sitio son negligentes.
