  My sister Nadine and I really have been enjoying the the overall improvements not only to the actual apartments, we enjoy the pool refresh, our golf course view, the safety and peace of the community overall, and taking walks throughout the community. We look forward to using the pickle ball court soon. The overall communication from the front office has improved as well specifically ensuring we receive timely and consistent information regarding any updates are greatly appreciated!

  Por favor necesito que revisen los archivos y me saquen de la colección que me enviaron por su mal trabajo, yo avisé dos meses antes como decía el contrato adjunto e mail la fecha de envío fue 26 de noviembre y mi contrato vencía 27 de enero, sin embargo se quedaron con mi dinero del depósito y me enviaron a colección, nunca se muden a este sitio son negligentes.

  I had a very disappointing experience living at Palm Isles. The management is extremely unresponsive Communication is poor, They had gotten new management and ever since then living here has been completer chaos for me, it often feels like residents’ concerns are ignored. On top of that, the staff is rude and very unprofessional. Even when it comes to something as important as rent payments, they are difficult to deal with and don’t handle situations in a respectful or helpful way. Instead of working with residents, they come across as dismissive and For the price you pay, you would expect a much higher standard of living. Overall, this place does not live up to expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, respectful, and peaceful community.

  Traci Jackson and her staff illegally retaliate against their tenants. My household left negative google reviews and Ms. Jackson refused to renew our lease in retaliation of the negative reviews. Her retaliation is in violation of 83.64, Florida Statues. All we asked for was advanced communication (for example, telling us in advance that the gym will be closed) and general respect. For the record, we never recieved a single notice that we violated any term or condition of our lease. Be warned if you live here, they do not care about the residents at all. Your calls and emails will be ignored and if you dare to speak out on a public forum, they will refuse to renew your lease. Horrible.
