  I submit all my docs but the application fee was pending I asked over the phone and they told me $85.00 after I went to pick up the money order to pay , anf went to the office the lady confirm is a total of $185.00 I do not understand why so many fees for an application when a background check is supposed to be only $50.00

  Vivo acá y se me inundó el cuarto porque el apto de arriba lo están arreglando se me dañó toda la ropa y voy para 4 meses sin secadora y lo único que han hecho es colocar un ventilador para secar la alfombra

  El personal fue muy atento, buscó todas las alternativas para resolver los múltiples problemas, buscaron las herramientas y piezas necesarias para solucionar y reemplazar las piezas dañadas, nos dieron seguimiento al otro día, y finalmente se arregló: los quemadores, se reemplazó el triturador de alimentos del fregadero, el gotero constante de agua del aire acondicionado, la puerta del laundry, se limpió el conducto de la secadora. Ósea se hizo un trabajo muy eficiente. Ahora nuestro apartamento está de “Show”, gracias, mantenimiento y Administration de Indian Trace Circle.

  Blair is the best she is very attentive and professional. They are very lucky to have somebody with the knowledge and communication skills necessary to run an office with grace and humility. Thank you for your help and support by making this very smooth. Edit... the female maintenance worker is really good at her job she fixed my AC the next day and works great... really good job appreciated

  This place is horrible. They change management all the time so if you spoke to a certain person on February you would speak to a different one in May. This becomes an inconvenience when you’re trying to get things fixed and everyone’s telling you different things. Now you can’t reference an employee because the one you had spoke with no longer works there. I’ve been without a washer and dryer for months! And I don’t mean just three or two I mean most of my time with this place. I got this apartment when it wasn’t even ready. There was mold on the toilet, stain on the ceiling, missing compartments in fridge, missing knobs for the toilet and fridge, balcony door not opening, old rusty washer and dryer, old rusty dirty dishwasher that isn’t properly installed and wobbles, I found clothes in the washer and dryer, around the washer and dryer was a bunch of dirt, grime, and again…rust! The washer and dryers are also extremely out of date and yellow..which tells their age.. since I’ve been here the new residents have been receiving new washer and dryers but I never received one when I got there which I rightfully deserve for having to experience a outdated one that is clearly showing it’s age! It’s yellow, rusty, and inconsistent! There’s a button that is damn near falling off its respective place.There is also a broken piece of my floor near my balcony. The blinds are also really weak and fall easily. And it all came like this…mind you…rent here for a 1 bedroom!!!! Is 1,600 and something. Almost 1,700. They are charging so much for an apartment that they didn’t even renovate. Everyrhing they have is old! Nothing about this place gives $1,600 rent worthy…the only good thing about this place is the cats roaming around and the chill neighbors. This place is definitely a place you should only settle for if you have no other option..and unfortunately me and as well as some of the other residents, have no other options right now.
