  Would love to know about the property but no one bothered to show up to our tour. Drove up from fort lauderdale to see an "out to lunch sign" and no one answering the phone. Thanks for the hour drive each way and the waste of time.

  Erica is truly amazing—she’s always responsive and compassionate whenever I have questions or need assistance. The two maintenance men, who handle the entire complex on their own, also do a good job. However, my biggest issues stem from the way the apartments are designed and the parking policy. Despite paying $2,000+ a month, the parking is an unmonitored free-for-all. Residents can have as many guests as they want for however long they want as the property does not mange that, and people use the parking lot to store boats or unused vehicles, which quickly fills up. This causes you to park a building or two away from your actual assigned building. Now my apartment flooring is lifting in some areas—that’s a minor issue for me. A much bigger concern is that the windows and doors aren’t sealed properly. I’ve heard from neighbors that water and moisture seep in, and although I personally haven’t had that issue, I have had a serious problem with bugs getting inside my unit and my neighbors have had the same issue as well. I’m a very clean person—constantly doing laundry and tidying—so having ants and other pests is extremely distressing and noticeable to me. While the hallways have been repainted and cleaned, it’s hard to say how long that will last, since some residents don’t maintain the cleanliness by cleaning up after their dog which the mess would sit there for days, and the upkeep from management could use some improvement as it would not sit there for days if we had daily cleaning of the hallways like my old apartment complex. I highly urge the management to reevaluate the parking configuration and look into resealing windows and doors as well as having the hallways cleaned. I know the staff can only do so much so hopefully the upper management can step in and help make changes as I’m sure the staff is doing their best and exhausted at this point.

  Great maintenance team. My A/C went out on a Saturday and they had it fixed within 90 minutes.

  I just got approved for my first apartment here ! Super excited to move in , the unit was clean and up to date and the front office is phenomenal ❤️ special shout out to Erica , she made the experience so amazing and answered all of my question with a smile on her face. When you come to Azola ask for Erica , she won’t hesitate to help :)
