  My husband and I recently closed on our home and used Rafael as our construction manager. He did an amazing job making sure everything in our new home was perfect! His standards are high and he had great communication with us throughout the process. We have no complaints!

  We recently closed on our home in Vida’s way. Having a new home built can be daunting at times, but our service team, especially Julyan our construction manager made it very easy walking us through the whole process and answering any question we had, even after closing.

  Pulte has built a very nice neighborhood, great floor plans. They ruin it by hiring totally incompetent contractors. They use Mario’s for HVAC. Our AC was running fine at final walk through. When I returned from closing it did not work. A Pulte guy was able to restart it after a while, but asked Mario’s to come and check it out. Mario’s has failed to show for 3 consecutive appointments. When you tour the models, ask if the still use Mario’s. If the do, you have been warned.

  We built our house remotely, they were good to work with and accommodated our request. Alex was our Sales Consultant and she was good to work with. We also loved working with Amanda when Alex was out of office and we were on a sensitive time frame, Amanda helped us a lot with getting us the help that we needed.

  Alexandria and Amanda, our sales reps, have been amazing through the entire process, as well as after closing. They went over and beyond in customer service, even after everything closed and we were moved in. We are from California, and were not in Florida during the 6 month build process. As nerve wrecking as that was for me, Joe, our construction manager, was very communicative, sent update photos and always replied fast to my messages/texts. They took accountability on some minor issues, and corrected. Overall, our house turned out amazing, kitchen cabinets, drywall, baseboards, all look nice, smooth and clean. Our warranty advisor (?) Drake helped us fix all the minor imperfections after closing. It's very easy to go into your portal, state your concerns that you feel need to be fixed, and boom:: you get a call from Drake (or your warranty advisor) within a couple days to schedule an appointment. Overall, Pulte Homes has shown that quality is a top priority when building homes. Is it perfect? Nothing's ever perfect, except perfect imperfections! (As a perfectionist, I have to remind myself this) :). But the Pro's definitely outweigh the cons by a very large percentage.
