  Five stars are honestly not enough ! We are beyond satisfied and would recommend Pulte and the whole team ! Shout out to our construction manager, Rafael Matos . You are exceptional and truly went above and beyond! We also want to recognize our sales consultant, Amanda who was wonderful from the very beginning! Thank you for your patience and knowledge and making us comfortable throughout our home buying process . Special mention for Kimberly , our design specialist. She’s very patient and made our design process enjoyable ! To the whole team of Pulte builder - thank you so much , we couldn’t be happier to move to Vida’s way !

  The experience from the beginning was a success. Communication was always present between the seller Alexandria Krumbholz and the builder Steve Nacca. Both always kept in touch and clarified all our doubts. Steve Nacca was always very clear and detailed throughout the process, even in both final inspections he explained everything step by step.

We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to Kelsie Ramos, Sales Consultant, and Rafael Matos, Construction Manager. They have truly been the heart of our homebuilding journey. Kelsie's professionalism, warmth, and extensive product knowledge made our home model choice and the homebuying process seamless from the very beginning. She was always readily available to answer our questions, patiently guide us through every decision, and ensured we felt confident throughout the process. Rafael has been equally outstanding. His expertise, attention to detail, clear and timely communication, and unwavering commitment to excellence have given us complete confidence that our home is being built with the highest standards of quality and care. He consistently took the time to explain each phase of construction, gave us weekly updates via text and in the portal, welcomed our questions, and made us feel like valued partners throughout the journey. At one point my family and I would eagerly await our weekly updates and pictures of our home and actually celebrate as Rafael would send the messages. Rafael truly made what could have been a very long and anxious process, a warm and exciting experience! Together, Kelsie and Rafael masterfully created an environment of collaboration, trust, and transparency. They eased every concern, minimized the natural stress that comes with building a new home, and transformed what could have been an intimidating experience into an exciting and memorable one. Their responsiveness, patience, professionalism, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. It is evident that they don't simply build homes, they build lasting relationships and create an exceptional customer experience.   First I want to say a HUGE thank you to Daniel Juarbe, you sir are the most incredible person to have worked with. You made this process so easy and fun, your honesty and willingness to go to the lengths you went thru to help ensure we found our dream, amazing! Having you and Alicia Chapman as our realtor made this the best home buying experience, I'd buy 5 more homes in here without blinking an eye. Thank you for the patience you both had with us. Being nervous buyer's is never fun, but you 2 are true pros! Definitely recommending you both to family and friends. And Thank-you to our construction crew, 2nd Pulte home, and again love the layouts and smart details in the builds. Highest quality around.

  Our new home in Vida’s Way is beautiful. The amenities truly are resort level and the team from sales to construction at Pulte are amazing! Pulte takes great care to be organized and keep their homebuyers prepared and aware throughout the entire process. We’ve used other builders around the country before, but our experience with Pulte was the best by far. We had a schedule and it was complete on time. Our construction manager was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. We recommend Vida’s Way and Pulte for your next home.
