  We love it here! Geanny and the rest of the staff are very polite, communicative and helpful when moving in and also helping resolve issues! Apartment is beautiful here, neighbors are friendly, our street is quiet! Definitely recommend Geanny and living in Sentosa!

  Office staff are always willing to help and maintenance guys are as well. I hope they continue to improve the grounds and property like they have in the past months.

  I’m currently looking for apartments and visited Sentosa as a future resident. The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. Tatiana at the leasing office made the experience even better. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is also a huge plus. Thank you, Tatiana, for your help! I hope to live in this community soon.

  The maintenance technician Richard was excellent. He arrived immediately, was very professional, respectful, and quickly identified the problem. He explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. I really appreciate his hard work and great attitude. Excellent service

  Hi! I just wanted to say I have went to numerous apartments complexes in the tampa/wesley chapel area looking for the perfect place to call home and Sentosa Lexington Oaks met all my needs! Not just because the apartments and amenities were top notch but the team of leasing agents and other facilities staff I have encountered made it more the reason why I would want to live there. Geany, thank you for answering all my questions and surprise pop up visits at the leasing office. Thank you for going above and beyond to find the perfect place in our price range and our list of things we needed. Cassandra I would also like to thank you for always answering my calls and never feeling bothered by my many questions and to the staff I met in passing thank you for always being so helpful and polite. If you are looking for a place that actually supports you and care about where you rest your head at night, look no further, Sentosa Lexington has it all!
