  Great place to live! Sentosa Lexington Oaks is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are great, and the location is super convenient. Definitely recommend!

  Geanny fue increíble durante todo nuestro proceso de aplicación y mudanza. Desde el primer día nos trató súper bien a mí y a mi familia y siempre nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y cómodos. Incluso después de mudarnos, todavía se preocupa por nosotros y nos pregunta cómo estamos y si todo va bien. Eso realmente dice mucho de ella. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo nuestro apartamento y estamos muy felices de haber elegido vivir aquí. ❤️

  I absolutely love this property! The Team in the office: Geanny, Cassandra, and Chris are an amazing team and are always on top of everything. They’re friendly, helpful, and truly make you feel taken care of. The maintenance team: Joey and Richard are the BOMB! They’re always quick to respond, professional, and get the job done. The property is always clean, well-kept, and maintained beautifully. You can really tell that the entire team cares about the community and its residents. Amazing Apartments with an even better team!

  My moving experience here has honestly been amazing. Everything went so smooth, but what really stood out to me was how much Geanny genuinely cared, especially with everything I had going on at the time. I was literally in the office crying and going through one of the hardest moments of my life and she never made me feel like I was just another resident. She took the time to listen, help me through everything and really walked alongside me. She even left a handwritten note inside my apartment welcoming me into my next chapter, which was such a small thing but meant so much. I’ve been here 3 months now and the service is still exactly the same as it was when I first walked in. They don’t treat you great just to get you to sign a lease and then change. They genuinely care about people and helping them, and honestly that’s what made me choose this apartment and what continues to remind me why I chose it. ❤️

  I can’t say enough good things about Geanny, the Leasing Manager at Sentosa Lexington Oaks Apartments. From the very first interaction, she made me feel like more than just a prospective resident or a number on a lease. She genuinely took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. It goes beyond professionalism its personal. Geanny treats people like human beings, not transactions. She has a way of making you feel welcomed, respected, and cared for, and you can tell that she truly takes pride in helping people find a place they can call home. Moving can be stressful and overwhelming, but having someone like Geanny there makes such a difference. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel like family while still maintaining such a high level of professionalism. If you’re looking for an apartment at Sentosa Lexington Oaks, I highly recommend speaking with Geanny. She is the kind of person who reminds you that great customer service isn’t just about doing your job its about how you make people feel. And she makes people feel valued.
