  I like a lot about Sentosa Epperson, but I feel the upkeep of the residential buildings needs more attention. The leasing office and model apartment are always spotless, smell great, and look very well cared for. I wish that same attention to detail carried over to the buildings residents come home to every day. Tatiana in the office has always been kind and helpful, and I have nothing negative to say about my interactions with her. My concern is specifically with the maintenance and routine cleaning of the residential areas. During my regular walks around the property, I’ve noticed spiderwebs, bird droppings, dead frogs, dirt, and mess left behind from valet trash. All the Buildings could use a thorough cleaning. I often see maintenance traveling around the property on golf carts, but from my perspective as a resident, I don’t see enough routine cleaning being done around the buildings. I think having a regular cleaning schedule would make a huge improvement. Even thoroughly washing each building from top to bottom once a month would help keep the stairs, walkways, railings, and entrances looking cared for. I’m sharing this because I want the community to improve. Sentosa Epperson is a nice place with a lot going for it, and I would simply like to see the residential buildings maintained to the same standard as the leasing office and model.

  It’s okay here. Apartment entry doors. There is visible dirt and grime, spiderwebs around doors and walls, bird droppings, stains, and residue from valet trash throughout some of the common areas. Building 5 in particular could really use additional attention, especially the stairs, railings, walkways, and entry areas. This is also a community where families and children live and use these areas every day. Bird droppings, trash residue, sticky buildup, and grime on stairways and handrails are not only unpleasant to see, but also raise reasonable concerns about cleanliness and sanitation in shared spaces.

  I love this place, wonderful condominium and the team always ready to help us with whatever we need. I've been living here for 14 months and it was an unforgettable time for my family.
