  While we love our unit in Mosby Apartments, there seems to be an issue keeping permanent office staff and the property hasn’t had an on site manager for several weeks. There is no one available to enforce the rules on the property. There is supposedly a courtesy officer to close down the pool and picnic/party areas at 10:00PM. When calling him after 10:30PM you just get a recording and no satisfaction to stop the party noise issues. The people in the office are very nice, but all you get is “sorry” and lots of lip service. After 6PM when the office closes, the only way to get help is to call the police who tell you a car will be sent out. Since it is not considered an emergency, it can take over an hour to get them to come. No one seems to be able to give out a name or number for upper management for us to call regarding issues the office staff doesn’t seem to be able to handle.

  I would not recommend living at this apartment community. As someone balancing a full-time job and graduate school, I need a quiet and functional home environment, and that hasn’t been possible here. Persistent noise from the upstairs unit has gone unresolved despite raising the issue. Ongoing construction around the community creates frequent disruptions and has made amenities like the dog park and walking paths intermittently inaccessible. Additionally, traffic congestion related to the adjacent elementary school regularly adds 10 minutes or more to simply enter or leave the neighborhood. And on top of these concerns, I have experienced multiple maintenance issues, including a broken microwave handle, a refrigerator that stopped working, and a leaking shower fixture. These problems were especially disappointing given that I was told the unit was brand new. After moving in, a neighbor told me the unit had previously been occupied and had a serious incident associated with it. While I cannot verify those claims, I was concerned to notice patched holes in the wall and dents in the appliances. Overall, the combination of excessive noise, construction, traffic delays, maintenance issues, and concerns about the unit’s history has made this a very disappointing living experience. I hope management addresses these issues meaningfully for current and future residents.

  Great place for remote workers and families with top-notch amenities. Mayra was awesome, very patient, answered all questions, and was very helpful with the move-in process (if I could give her 5 stars alone, I would). I've been staying here for over a year. The only issue is communication isn't always great when it comes to the front office answering phone calls or emails. Amenities, such as the elevators, are not always available. The nature trail isn't always kept up in terms of trimming the tall grass, etc. Understandably, the elevators were shut down after a weather disturbance. But these elevators were out for months in my building and others. And since rent steadily increases after the initial special is over and we're paying for these amenities, the management should have provided some accommodations. Overall, it's a good apartment complex to live in.
