  Looks can deceive you. Be warned. This apartment complex LOOKS great, but us residents can tell some stories. Just a few examples include (but are not limited to) : Lightning storms that put elevators out for weeks (some for months). You'll pay for valet garbage pickup and watch your garbage pile up then get a message from mgmt (instead of blaming the ppl paid to pick it up). How about management disabling your way to pay rent online just so they can impose late fees and other bullshit. Or the fact that the dog park" is poorly maintained and not safe for your dog. Or the fact that the dog spa is FILTHY ALL THE TIME. Or, my favorite, calling to complain that you are having ANY issues, just for them to put u on hold for 20+ mins and then hang up on you. The turnover rate of residents here is INSANE. Not too mention the turnover rate of the staff. THAT tells you everything comes down to poor management.

  Mosby at Avalon park is a great place everyone is nice property is amazing great for first time home owners Mayra was the person who help us move from nyc to fl she amazing and was very helpful with everything
