  I wanted to take a moment to leave a review that's really deserved. The team here at Epperson is really amazing! A big thank you to Jenn, Randy and Monti. They are all really great at their job. Jen is professional and friendly. She cares about her role and the residents at Epperson. Randy and Monti are our maintenance team, their attention to their work is truly appreciated. Whatever it is, it gets fixed! We truly love living here, and are very happy with the services. We also appreciate how kind everyone is. We haven't rented in years, this team is really special. Go Epperson!

  We enjoyed our stay in the BB Living community over the past year. We appreciated the modern homes, amenities, and family-friendly atmosphere. The large 2 car garages and maintenance and staff were friendly and always available to assist. We highly recommend this community.

  I had a great experience with BB Living. The staff is great very helpful and friendly. Moving in was a breeze and the place is peaceful and very nice place to live

  My experience with BB Living at Epperson Ranch was excellent. Ellie and Jen were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and their friendly personalities made it feel like home right away. I truly appreciate their support—especially helping us get approved. Highly recommend!

  Ellie Morales has always been awesome in the leasing office. She has been super helpful and makes us happy to live here at BB Living. My son‘s code was not working for the pool and she immediately rectified the situation. That’s just one of the things she’s done. She goes above and beyond the call of duty.
