  JJ did a phenomenal job on my repairs. He explained everything he was going to do, kept a positive attitude and great communication through the process. He's definitely an asset to the community!

  Visited Avasa Apartment Complex today and had the pleasure of meeting Dolly, the leasing agent. What a bright light she is! She was so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and just made me feel at home. Dolly was professional, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend asking for her if you are interested in checking out this beautiful luxury apartment complex. Thanks, Dolly! You’re the best!!!

  Most of the time things are falling part. Fobs stop working often, pool is close every week do something wrong with it. Building are dirty, gates every week are not working. Gym extremely dusty. On top of that they charge you a whole month rent if you don’t give them a 60 days notice of not renewing the lease although we gave them a 30 days notice. Stay away from leasing at this Apt complex.

  Just wanted to thank Jollizza for all of her help. We toured with her not once but twice and she is such a doll. She is kind thorough informative and quite the breath of fresh air I’ve been looking for while looking for a place to live. Jollizza helped us though the application process and made it simple and easy she also provided us immediately with the quote and everything broken down so we could go through it before finalizing. She has put all of my nerves completely at ease. I also asked her to keep an eye out on another unit which she has and provided us with info on that one as well and promptly. The community is beautiful. The amenities are fabulous and clean and I am really looking into my making my move in July. Anyone looking to rent you should absolutely call and ask for Jollizza you will be more than happy that you did !

  Extremely disappointing move-in experience. I moved in this week and the apartment was clearly NOT cleaned. There are cobwebs everywhere — in corners, along baseboards, and even inside cabinets. Dirt and dust are visible throughout the unit. I was told the apartment had been cleaned, but the photos clearly show otherwise. On top of that, I was charged $50 on my first day because the electricity was not activated — something that was never properly communicated beforehand. What’s even more frustrating is that right after signing the lease, I kept receiving emails asking me to leave a survey before I had even moved in. This is my actual review after seeing the condition of the unit. This is not a professional move-in experience at all, and it’s unacceptable for a new resident. I expected much better. I am now locked into a one-year lease.
