  Living at this apartment was a dream, the staff were nice, the complex well taken care of. The 1 bd 1 bath was pretty small but the amenities and staff held events as well as the location of the apartment made up for it. The only negative experience to be had was the week where power was shut down due to an electrical malfunction for building 2, as frustrating as that was I feel like Avasa Grove took care of us when they provided us with hotel stays at the local Hilton and Hampton hotels. I would recommend staying here.

  this neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and the amenities are everything ! BBUTTTTT, dont ask them for any help because they will give you the run round. I was trying to transfer apts, I moved in w/ a roommate and I needed help doing the transfer. Came in and out of the leasing office 5 days straight and they still barely had any answers so I took it upon myself to just process a new application as if I didn't live there already. Not to mention, dont be a person of color.... we had a situation at the pool, a pale colored lady had TWO GLASS CORONA BOTTLES AND A VAPE IN THE WATER, a Hispanic man called her out on it and she ran to tell the leasing office on him for scolding her.... GUESS WHAT... they came out and reprimanded the man in the pool bc his kid was splashing as if that's not what the pool is for !! they DID NOT reprimand her AT ALL, or address the racist and bigot remarks she made about him in front of the whole pool area, but came to call him out in front of area for his kid splashing in the water all while she had two GLASS bottles IN the pool, not the first time either. I wish I had a better experience when it comes to the leasing office but that's just not the case.

  personally i wouldn’t recommend these apts to anyone after 14months the entire leasing team is rude unprofessional and very disrespectful im not sure how a complex would want them the face of the apartments. Now that it’s time for me to move they’re saying i didn’t turn in the paper letting them know i’m not renewing a lease when i know i did before it hit the deadline so they’re trying to get extra money out of me knowing i submitted the paperwork . Yet no one has gotten back with me about this issue. No one can give me corporate information. If you do rent here be prepared to take care ants & silverfish pets control sucks!

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and communication from management regarding important lease documentation. We have been requesting updated residency/lease documents for over a month and still have not received proper assistance or a clear timeline. Being repeatedly told to “wait” while dealing with time-sensitive legal and immigration matters has been incredibly stressful. Residents should have reasonable access to their own housing documentation without this level of difficulty.

  I’ve been living at Avasa for almost a year now and it has been great for me and my family. The grounds are kept up, the amenities are lovely, the staff are friendly and our 2 bed 2 bath is spacious and nice. The only complaint that I have is something that unfortunately cannot be fixed as it is structural and that’s the thin walls here. We’ve learned to tune out upstairs since we’re on the bottom floor but you can hear people walking around all day especially animals running around and doors slamming down the hall. Besides the noise my family really enjoy living here and the maintenance team is fast and friendly. The new maintenance manager came out last week and fixed our AC same day and he was very friendly and pleasant, he also noticed as he was leaving we needed a new filter for the fridge and replaced that without hesitation and we really appreciated that.
