  My relocation experience to Vero Beach has been super amazing! Chris provided an excellent tour of the apartment very detailed, ensuring a smooth transition. His dedication in delivering exceptional service was evident throughout the process. The level professionalism, patience and expertise he demonstrated were truly impressive from the first interaction until after moving in. Chris kept me informed every step of the way, demonstrating exceptional communication skills. The staff, Maria and Darlene were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’m loving my new home. The complex is very clean which includes the amenities. The maintenance team prompt response to my work order has been impressive. To complete my warm welcome a thoughtful gift was waiting for me the moment I open my apartment door, felt like I was purchasing a home :) Thank you for the kind gesture Chris. I highly recommend this place - the customer service has been phenomenal.

  I have lived here since April. I love my apartment and the community. My only two complaints are the pool and pool deck. The pool is closed down often for maintenance or something will get broken and take a long time to fix. It will shut down for weeks at a time and it’s frustrating we can’t use an amenity we pay money for. The pool area also closes early at, 8 pm. It’s still light outside here in the summer, with pretty sunsets, and we can’t enjoy the fire pit or grills inside the pool area, or the twinkly lights or seating area out there. It’s hot until about 8 pm, and by then, we can’t utilize the pool deck. The sign says dusk til dawn, but it’s strictly closed down at 8 pm. If these two things improved/changed, Verity would be a 5 star place to live!

  As we all know, moving is stressful and hectic, especially when you’re relocating from out of state without ever seeing your new apartment in person. That was my situation when I chose Verity Luxury Apartments. From the very beginning, Maria made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond by accommodating my sister so she could tour the apartment and the grounds on my behalf. Her professionalism, personable nature, prompt responses, and extensive knowledge of the property gave me complete confidence that I was making the right decision. I appreciate the entire management office for making my transition so easy, but I especially want to recognize Maria. She was my primary point of contact throughout the process, and her exceptional customer service made what could have been a very stressful move a positive experience. Thank you for making me feel welcome and at ease from day one.
