  Went it for a tour of the apartments with not the highest expectations, as there are many new housing areas in vero. I met with Maria and the team and she quickly changed my attitude. With the offers of a couple months without charge, they partner with small business, quiet area other than the hospital( i love watching the trauma hawk come down), gated facility and friendly personality from all and all around knowledge of the complex. I am glad i looked at this place and seriously am considering it.

  I came in for a tour today early morning to look at some apartments as i was working in the area. Maria the front desk receptionist was kind, attentive and helpful. She showed me 3 different options and fell in love with every single one of the places shown. They offer the best deals i have seen since looking to move out. Definitely gonna consider moving here soon!

  My move in here in July was great. there were a few construction delays but Darlene really took care of us. My roommate Maria moved with me here and is now working here and we both love it. The community being built here is unbeatable. My favorite place to be is the saltwater heated pool.

  Amazing tour with Maria and Chris was very helpful too when we first walked in. I met the property manager Darlene in passing and she was a doll. Maintenance team waived hi to me and my family as we were walking to get to the pool and stuff. Beautiful place!

  MOLD!!!!!! The first month I had Duran help me replace the filter because I couldn’t get it out of the slot. I just needed his help putting in the new filter. When we removed it, It had a lot of thick, greenish, blue Mold on it! He immediately asked me if he can dispose of it, which I said yes, not thinking that my new apartment would even have active mold growth. Not only was it there in the vent system, but it traveled into the air of my apartment, which made so so sick! I missed a lot of work until I could figure out what was going on. I ended up hiring a professional Mold expert and paid him $500 to do a thorough mold test of my unit inside and out as well as I did a home test kit from Lowes. Both tests revealed very dangerous active mold growth which Darlene said that they didn’t see! OMG, then Russ came by to do a test of his own and said he found nothing. He took it very personal and said that he’s been doing this type of maintenance work for eight years and has not ever had a problem. Darlene and her crew will lie and sweet talk you! They are liars and they are all in it for themselves. They don’t care about people’s health or livelihood. I am glad that I took action and vacated as soon as possible and I suggest that you research other healthier apartments before you choose this one!
