  I can’t say enough great things about these apartments. I’ve been living here almost two months now, and it’s been everything I could have asked for. The apartments have every amenity you could want, saltwater pool, gym, sauna, steam room, golf simulator, massage room, etc. Everything was built top of the line. The finishes in the home are all luxury, and I can’t say I’ve seen any other apartments that compare. Nicole, the leasing agent is the nicest lady you could meet. She has been so helpful throughout the entire process and she loves being involved and getting to know the residents. Mike, the project manager is great also. He’s always happy to help answer any questions I may have. Maintenance is extremely quick, and everyone who works at the apartments are super friendly. Love this place!

  I cannot say enough about Fernando and Nicole…. Fernando was so understanding and so helpful when I had issues with my apartment. Extremely nice guy and goes out of his way to help. Nicole is always one step ahead and takes care of any issues I have right away. She’s been amazing with helping me through the process of getting my apartment in one of the toughest times of my life. I am forever grateful for her. They’re truly an asset to this complex and company.

  Living at Vivien Apartments is incredible—you truly feel like you’re living in a five-star hotel. The amenities are spectacular, but what really sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. You can genuinely feel the hospitality from everyone, from Nicole and Mike to the entire maintenance team, special Fernando the maintenance manager, he rocks! They all make you feel welcome and are always available to help make your day easier. I’m truly happy to call Vivien my home.

  I moved to The Vivien recently and it’s been extremely disappointing. I dealt with roaches in my unit, which made me question the property’s cleanliness and maintenance standards. When I raised my concerns, I didn’t feel they were taken seriously or resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I was also consistently told to leave a Google review, so now I see that these good reviews are solicited by the agents. My experience is not reflecting what I expected based on the reviews I read before moving in. If you’re considering living here, I’d recommend touring carefully, asking detailed questions about pest control and maintenance, and making your own decision based on more than just online reviews. Two stars because atleast the residents are good people but some of them are unfortunately going through the same things.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Where do I even start? Moving here was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. Maintenance requests seemed to disappear into a black hole, and when someone finally showed up, the issue was barely fixed. The hallways always looked dirty, parking was a daily battle, and the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors’ conversations like they were sitting in my living room. The amenities looked great in the pictures, but they were constantly unavailable or not properly maintained. Management was difficult to reach, and communication about important updates was inconsistent. Front desk girl seems to always be in bad mood and miserable. I expected a comfortable place to call home, but instead I spent most of my time frustrated. I definitely wouldn’t recommend living here based on my experience.
