  We recently rented an apartment here and we at have been so impressed with the experience. The community truly lives up to its “luxury” name — everything feels clean, thoughtfully designed, and well-maintained. What has made the biggest difference, though, is the team. Nicole and Mike have both been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made everything feel smooth and welcoming from the very beginning. It’s rare to find a place that not only looks beautiful but also feels supported by people who care — and The Vivien definitely delivers on both.

  WOW! Pleasantly surprised at what a beautiful, luxurious resort in this apartment complex. Nicole Agosta was simply outstanding! She answered every question and some we didn’t even know we had! She was informative, professional, easy to work with and gave us something to ponder about luxury rentals in Vero Beach. Thank you for a wonderful tour Nicole 🫶🏻.
