  We moved in about a week ago and our family loves living here! the staff is wonderful, neighbors are great, amenities are amazing and well kept and property is clean! worth every penny!!

  The Vivien Apartments are an absolute dream! The amenities are above and beyond, they offer just about everything you could ever dream of having in your "backyard." The apartments themselves are beautiful, thoughtfully designed and are equipped with high-end appliances. But what truly makes this community extra special is the attention and care that the staff provides. From the moment I spoke to Nicole on the phone to make our initial appointment, I knew we had found our new home. She was extremely personable and very enthusiastic about the property, carefully detailing everything that makes The Vivien so special. Once we met in person, I could tell that she was going to take great care of us. Immediately she makes you feel like part of a family. Nicole was very generous with her time and showed us several apartments on the property. While touring the complex, she greeted every resident by name. The residents were also very friendly and made it a point to let us know that we were going to be very happy here. Michael, the property manager, was also instrumental in helping us choose the right apartment for us. He was also very generous with his time and took great care in detailing the pros and cons of two specific apartments we were considering. Between Nicole and Michael, the leasing process was a breeze, and since then they have made sure that we have everything we need. The maintenance staff is also top-notch. We had a problem with our dryer, and it was immediately replaced by Elon. Fernando also passed by the following day to make sure there wasn't a problem in the vent duct connection. The Vivien is lucky to have such a remarkable team and we are beyond happy being part of this community!

  My husband and I moved 6 months ago and we waited to see how they would handle the place for a day to day life. All we see are improvements. Thanks to the amazing team, from Mike our manager, Nicole on leasing, Fernando a Elon in maintenance who are always very open to suggestions and listen to our concerns, now we can say that living in The Vivien is having a luxury resort experience. They did an amazing job with the apartments which everything gives you the feeling of care and intention. The Club house is a high level experience. Every corner professionally decorated, each piece of furniture, the extra large gym, playing area, sauna, massage chairs, steam room...you really feel spoiled. And I didn't even mention yet our beautiful pool, jacuzzi, pickleball, tranquility garden and our walking path around the lake. But one thing is saying and another thing seeing. Don't hesitate to come for a tour and seeing all this by yourself.

  I can’t say enough great things about these apartments. I’ve been living here almost two months now, and it’s been everything I could have asked for. The apartments have every amenity you could want, saltwater pool, gym, sauna, steam room, golf simulator, massage room, etc. Everything was built top of the line. The finishes in the home are all luxury, and I can’t say I’ve seen any other apartments that compare. Nicole, the leasing agent is the nicest lady you could meet. She has been so helpful throughout the entire process and she loves being involved and getting to know the residents. Mike, the project manager is great also. He’s always happy to help answer any questions I may have. Maintenance is extremely quick, and everyone who works at the apartments are super friendly. Love this place!
