  I happened to connect with Hugo through Zillow and so happy I did! He was responsive, kind and very helpful. He gave great advice and listened to my requests and needs as well. Rolanda, their closing agent was a SUPERSTAR - so in top of it, guided me through all the steps (going above and beyond) and connected me with some great resources. It was complicated to the very last moment, but Hugo and his team stood by me and got the deal done!

  " What can I say! She's GREAT! I was from out of town and anytime I found a home that interested me and my daughter and wanted to see it, and she met my travel requirements , Megan would respond right away with an appointment. Never had to wait, never had to travel inconveniently. Megan knows the Indian River County area so well I felt like she was giving us a tour. She listened to our needs and always came across. We found our perfect home. She arranged for such a great closer that during the inspections, insurance quotations , surveys, and closing I felt so at ease during the whole process. Last, but definitely not least, she has a wonderful personality. We could not feel any more comfortable with Megan at the helm. Megan Raasveldt is a "10" "
