  My wife and I are so pleased and fortunate to have Eric Gongwer overseeing the construction of our home. He takes great pride in his work while doing everything in his power to create a great experience for his customers. He’s also going above and beyond to keep us informed as the construction process unfolds. He’s a great guy and highly knowledgable with a wealth of experience in home building. Thank you Eric…for all you do!

  Building a home from over 2,000 miles away felt overwhelming at first, but the entire team at Pulte made it an incredible experience. My sales consultant, Andrew, was exceptional from day one. He was kind, honest, transparent, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and keep me informed. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart, which gave me so much confidence throughout the process. My construction manager, Eric, was outstanding. His attention to detail, communication, responsiveness, and genuine care for the quality of our home exceeded every expectation. He was even thoughtful enough to go the extra mile and collect media of the process so our whole family could enjoy — even specific ones that my young boys enjoyed from the homesite and felt like they were part of our process! As a young family making a large move, this was everything to us. From a distance, I always felt connected and knew our home was in great hands. Thank you, Eric. By the end of this journey, I truly felt like I had made new friends — and a home of my dreams! I couldn’t recommend Pulte, and the team I have experienced, enough. Thank you for making our dream home a reality!

  Google Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience working with our sales agent and construction manager, Andrew and Eric, at Pulte Homes! They made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free, even while we were out of town during closing. Andrew and Eric kept us informed every step of the way, were always quick to answer our questions, and made sure everything stayed on track. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment really stood out. We always felt like we were in good hands. We couldn't be happier and are grateful for everything Andrew and Eric did to help us get there. Our home is beautiful, and it's such a wonderful neighborhood! We highly recommend Lakespur at Wellen Park by Pulte Homes.

  We are at the mid-point of the building process and the experience with Andrew Basco has been superb in every way. From the sales process to keeping us informed on our build he demonstrates the best in customer service. This is a very nice guy who cares about his customers and will do everything in his power to make building a new home with Pulte a very positive and rewarding experience. Thank you Andrew!
