  Grace was excellent throughout our leasing and move-in process. She is knowledgeable, proactive, customer-focused, and made sure every detail was handled to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. She was always very responsive and quick to address any questions or issues that came up. We truly appreciated her professionalism and support throughout the process.

  Grace has been helping us with our rental search, and I cannot speak highly enough about her! She has been incredibly accommodating, flexible, eager to assist, full of knowledge, quick to respond, and most importantly - warm and pleasant ! Interacting with her only affirms that we are making the right choice in renting from BB Living!   Ash and Grace have been exceptional to work with! They’ve made picking out my new home a breeze. My pup, Koa, is loving her new backyard. There’s plenty of amazing trails throughout the Wellen Park neighborhood, making for no excuses getting our steps in! I highly recommend BB Living Wellen Park!

  Just moved in to BB Living Wellen Park and am loving my new home. The finishes are top notch and the amount of space I have in my new home supersedes my expectations. The privacy fenced in yard is perfect for my dog as well. I would recommend BB Living Wellen Park to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
