  Do not be fooled by smoke and mirror salesman. High lot rents with mediocre amenities and poorly maintained common areas. Look elsewhere for lower lot rents and more presine communities.

  My mom and I lived in Strawberry Ridge for 9 years. Even though we broke even when we sold, we are TRUELY GREATFUL we got out when we did. Between the yearly rent increase and being treated like we didn't belong not only by management but others who live there was enough for us to decide to leave this horrible place. I really hope that anyone who's looking into purchasing here chooses not to buy bc you're going to regret your decision in the long run. Good luck to those who currently live there and eventually chooses to move into the community as all youre going to do is be miserable.

  Stay away from this place, lot rent expensive and going up every year, my parents pay $1100 and they started in $ 700 few years ago. In the last months they are remodeling or fixing (this is always) and they cut water during the day,for example today they don't send any notice about the water. The people are selling the houses, when you walk you see many FOR SALE, the people are kind and charming.
