  We are what is often referred to as “Snowbirds” My wife and I had rented for several years homes around the University Park area of Sarasota and finally decided to acquire a home in the same area. We had no prior experience in buying a home in the United States and really wanted to work with a seasoned professional to assist us through every stage of the process. Fortunately, friends of ours referred us to Nancy Eilerson of Remax Alliance Group located at 8037 Cooper Creek Blvd. #101 Sarasota University Park FL 34201. Nancy’s professionalism, experience and caring commitment were invaluable to us throughout. At every step of the process Nancy was always there for us and never deflected our enquiries or concerns. This was particularly important to us as we were non-residents and almost totally dependent on her guidance and judgment. The pre-closing and the post-closing assistance provided by Nancy far exceeded our expectations and included her recommendations on renovations that we wished to have made to the home. We will be moving into our new home in January and expect to celebrate the occasion with Nancy and other friends. Nancy is delight to work and we unequivocally recommend her to anyone in need of the assistance that she can provide

  Bill worked with us for nearly a year to help us find the home best suited for our family. He took our list of 'wants' and compared them with what we could afford. And I'm happy to say his expertise found us the perfect place! Even during a pandemic he kept in constant contact, adjusting to each new curve ball life was throwing at us. I can honestly say without him we would not be where we are now. I highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a new home.
